The home features five queen-sized beds in total, with each room equipped with a large flat-screen TV and an overhead fan for a relaxing stay. Enjoy all the amenities you need, including heating, AC, WiFi, and a small fitness room. The remodeled home is surrounded by 350 lush podocarpus, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Relax by the saltwater pool, dine under the gazebo, or unwind by the firepit under the retractable pergola. With a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and more, Freezone is the ideal place for exploring nearby beaches and vibrant local attractions.

With code access, the entire house is yours for your stay and to help you navagate Freezone, you will find a welcoming Book in which you will learn details about Freezone and make it easy to navagate.

Things to Note during your stay:

South Florida can get quite hot, especially during the day. To help keep the home cool and comfortable, we recommend keeping the shades in the front of the house closed during the morning and early afternoon when the sun is strongest. Once the sun shifts toward the back of the house later in the day, you’re welcome to reopen the front shades if desired. However, at that time, we recommend closing the shades in the back of the house to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and ensure the air conditioning runs efficiently. We suggest running the fans day and night to help with comfort.

The French door curtains should be kept closed as much as possible to help with temperature control and privacy.

The temperature of the house is automatically set to 75 degrees from 9 AM to 7 PM and from 7 PM to 9 AM at 72 degrees.

SPA/Pool Information:

The spa is automaticallty set at "86 degrees" for your stay as well as the pool. If you’d like the spa heated to a warmer temperature, please note that an additional charge of 50 dollars will apply per day of heating reuested, it takes an hour to reach "95-97 degrees" for the SPA, the pool will remain at 86 degrees.

If you’d like the spa heated above auto setting, please provide at least "one hours’ notice", and we’ll have it ready for you.
