- **Maximum Occupancy**: Our cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It's all about the perfect fit!

- **Damages**: We understand accidents happen, but if they do, please let us know. Guests agree to cover the cost of any damages caused by anyone in their party, including service animals.

- **Parking**: Space for 3 cars on the driveway means playing a little car tetris.

- **Trash Talk**: We're big on recycling here. You'll find bins on the right side of the house – blue for recycling (keep those items unbagged) and green for everything else.

- **Emergency Protocol**: In case of an emergency, there's a landline phone in the kitchen for 911 calls. Should any evacuation order be issued, please evacuate promptly according to the guidelines posted near the entrance.

- **ID and Booking Match**: The guest who books must be the guest who stays. We require ID for all guests over 18, along with acknowledgment of our house rules.

- **Children**: Keep an eye on your little explorer at all times to ensure their safety, especially outdoors and by the pool!!

- **Smoke-Free Indoors**: No smoking or vaping inside, but you're welcome to smoke outdoors. Please dispose of your butts properly – no feeding them to our plants!

- **No Pets**: While we love furry friends, our space isn't suited for pets. Service animals are welcome with prior disclosure.

- **Check-Out**: 12 pm is when we say our goodbyes. Helps us prepare for our next guests!

- **Kindness is Key**: Be the neighbor you'd want to have, treating all you meet with respect and kindness.

- **No Surprises**: Unregistered guests, parties, or events are not allowed. Let's keep the surprises pleasant.

- **BBQ Cleanup**: Love grilling? Just make sure to clean up after. A $50 fee will be charged for uncared-for grills.

- **Pool Rules**: Dive into fun at your own risk in our unattended pool. Remember, only plastic near the poolside, please!

- **Life Jackets**: Safety first! While there's no river here, being cautious around pools is always a good idea.
