It is a pleasure offering our beautiful home to guests! Pls make sure you can follow the house rules below before making reservations. We appreciate you treat our home and neighbors with respect. Thank you!
1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house.
2. Pls park your cars in the driveway or in the street properly.
3. The pool is not supervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool. Guests acknowledge that we are liable for any injury, accident, or death related to the use of the pool.
4. The jacuzzi is not functional and cannot be used by guests.
5. Pls don't move furnitures in the house. Extra charge may apply for labors to move furnitures back and/or for damages caused.
6. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.
You will be asked to leave the house without a refund if there is a violation.
7. We are pet friendly, and need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee.
8. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
9. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
10. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
