Nestled in the scenic Tahoe Donner community, this stunning home backs to open space with miles of trails, offering direct access to nature, amenities, and historic downtown Truckee. Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter, exploring the outdoors in summer, or training at high elevation, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay for the whole family.
THE SPACE:
This beautifully designed home features:
✔ Spacious & Cozy Living Areas – Vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows that frame the incredible mountain views.
✔ Fully Equipped Chef’s Kitchen – Stainless steel appliances, slate flooring, ample counter space, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals.
✔ Comfortable Bedrooms – A large primary suite with California king bed and private bathroom plus workspace, 2nd bedroom with Cal king bed, 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 2 bunk beds, plus bonus loft with queen bed, TV, and video game console. house sleeps 10 (6 beds)
✔ Two Outdoor Decks & Summer Seating – Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or stargazing at night.
✔ Entertainment for All – High-speed Wi-Fi, board games, electronic game table, and a rec room with youth sized pool table that converts to table tennis and air hockey. Toys and children's books in the loft. Kayak, sleds, and snowshoes available for use by guests.
✔ Garage & Parking – Ample space for 4 vehicles in driveway. Fairly flat driveway safe for parking in winter! Garage is available to store your gear but not your car.
✔ Multi-Level Home – Please note that stairs are required to access the home.
