Access:
-check in with security then use the provided door code to enter unit Relax and start your vacation the moment you arrive!

Kitchen:
-Equipped with utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans.
-Appliances include a fridge with freezer, stove top, microwave, & coffee maker.

Living Room:
-Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2 people)
-Sliding glass door to lanai balcony with panoramic views
-65 inch smart TV with apps

Bedroom:
-2 full-size beds (sleeps 4 people)
-Inflatable queen bed (available upon request)

Bathroom:
-1 full standing shower with toilet
-Separate luxury Italian marble Boudoir vanity room with a walk-in closet for hanging clothes and getting ready
-Tub available for soaking only

Additional In-Room Essentials and Extras:
-Clothes steamer, hairdryer, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie board for your convenience.
-Starter kit with toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, paper towels, general cleaning products, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.

Fitness Center:
-Located on the 4th floor, access cards are issued by Security and must be requested during operating hours.

Pool & Sauna:
-Refreshing unheated pool and Sauna available during hotel operating hours. Swim at your own risk as no lifeguards are on duty.

Transportation Options:
-Various transportation services are available to bring you to the Royal Garden Waikiki, just a 20-minute drive (8 miles) from the airport. We recommend Lyft, Uber, VIP Shuttle, Roberts Hawaii, and Speedi-Shuttle. Reservations can be made online, directly at the airport, or by catching an Uber/Lyft from the airport pick-up location.
-TheBus is Oahu’s public bus system, providing an easy and affordable way to explore the island, including Waikiki and Honolulu.
-Rent a car to explore Oahu at your convenience.

Parking Options:
-Free parking along Ala Wai Boulevard (street behind us) except on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 AM–11:30 AM. It is a bit difficult to get and first-come first-serve basis, must follow street signs to avoid getting towed. Park at your own risk.
-Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend downloading the Park Smarter App, which allows you to pay for city street parking via your mobile phone and extend your parking session if needed. Current street parking rate is $3 per hour, and meters are enforced Monday through Sunday from 6 AM–10 PM. Park at your own risk. Feel free to message me for tips on how to save time and money for street parking.
-Valet Parking is available at a first come first serve basis at our Royal Garden Hotel for $50 per 24 hours with unlimited in-and-out privileges. This is my favorite and the best option if you prioritize convenience.

Luggage Storage Post-Checkout:
-The hotel's bell desk offers luggage storage at $3 per bag.

Emergency Contacts:
-For urgent issues that could damage the unit or building, such as plumbing leaks, our 24-hour Security Guard is available to assist.
-For non-emergency issues like clogged drains, lockouts, or maintenance requests, please contact the property manager via Vrbo chat or contact number provided on print out in unit.

This is a privately-owned unit located within the Royal Garden Waikiki Wyndham Resort. While you’ll be renting directly from a private owner, please note that the unit is not affiliated with the Wyndham Resort itself. There is no daily housekeeping.
