Este condominio grande, totalmente amueblado, de una habitación / un baño se encuentra en el piso 34 en el Waikiki Banyan. Esta unidad de esquina cuenta con hermosas vistas al mar. Aparcamiento gratuito y uso de Wifi. La cocina fue redecorada recientemente. Nuevo aire acondicionado.

El condominio tiene capacidad para hasta cuatro personas, con dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una cama king-size, previa solicitud) y un sofá cama queen-size. Las comodidades incluyen aire acondicionado, un lanai, TV por cable HD mejorada, un reproductor de DVD y un teléfono con llamadas locales gratuitas ilimitadas a la isla de Oahu. We have stayed at this condo multiple times over the years. Being an end unit, facing south, not only is the view great but the cross ventilation with the tradewinds makes for a very nice and comfortable stay. Two blocks to the beach for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling puts the cherry on top for a memorable visit. The owner is responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. Certainly, we look forward to our next visit! Thank you, Howard.

Excellent property in a super convenient location. A few quirks about this older unit (balcony door wouldn’t lock close, front door sometimes got jammed) but everything was clean and comfortable! Having the laundry right next door is SO convenient, and free parking is a huge plus. Would stay here again.

Waikiki Banyan Anniversary Trip

This condo is centrally located in Honolulu, less than two blocks from Waikiki Beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and all of the enticements of Waikiki!The unit is located on the 34th floor of Tower 2, and the unit and lanai face Waikiki Beach, a real plus if you are interested in views. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/pots and utensils. Parking is included and we never had difficulty locating a good parking spot.Communication with the owner and the management company was seamless with quick responses. My wife and I were very happy as we had to contact the owner and the management company to answer some quick questions. The only issue we encountered was the pool and recreation deck (pool and BBQ) was not available due to renovations (mid-April 2025 till ?) and it would have been nice to know this beforehand as we use the pools and BBQ’s when we stay at various locations. If having a pool is important to your stay… please take note and plan accordingly.All other aspects of our stay were very acceptable. Proximity to the beach and Waikiki is unbeatable.

A place with a great view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is comfortable and accommodating. However, latch on the bathroom window was broke and therefore allowed a lot of wind in.

2nd Stay Was Great Again

This was the 2nd time staying in this unit. We were again pleased. The location was very good and suited us well. The unit is a bit dated, but is comfortable. We appreciated the amount of towels, pool towels and linens made available for our two week stay. It would be nice if the sliding door could be shut closed. It made the air conditioner work extra hard since warm air was always coming in through the opening. There were long waits for elevators since one was being updated and was not functioning. But all in all, a great trip and we would stay there a third time!

The only problem was it was supposed to be ready at 4 & it wasnt ready until 5:30. But the condo is a great location & it was perfect for us.

Great Location - Property is Dated

Property is in a great location, easy access to the Waikiki beach area and plenty of shopping options. One elevator in each tower is being replaced so waiting for elevators was slow at times. We rented a large vehicle and when we arrived we were not allowed to park in the garage as it was considered oversized. I spoke with Howard and he helped coordinate speaking to security to check for options. In the end we went back and swapped for a different car at the airport. The property was nice but dated. Howard was very responsive with any questions we had.

Great location and views

Pros- Fantastic location …only a 3 minute walk to a quiet part of the beach. Beautiful Views-bedroom and kitchen window beautiful sunrise over Diamond Head, front window and balcony beautiful ocean view. All Essentials were in condo and easy access to laundry, garbage and recycling. Parking-onsite parking at no extra cost. Daily parking rate in Waikiki is $45 at minimum. Cons-The interior was not clean with visible dirt in high touch areas and around windows. The bathroom ceiling had black mold next to window. This was addressed quickly once we notified the owner.

Nice view

This condo was very well maintained and clean condominium. The view from terrace was stunning and easy to go to a beach. The condominium has swimming pool, playgrounds and BBQ facilities. Bed was comfortable and they provided many towels and even beach goods.(sand toys, beach chair and parasol). I liked their shampoo and conditioner.They provided many kinds kitchen tools as well so we could cook a lot while we were there. I thought if they had salad spinner, it will be convenient. Only problem was when I check in, provided key code was not working and we had to find out new keycode. We could enter the room since a cleaner was still there but I had to call a management company to figure out key code. We could solve the issue so it was not do big deal but for next renter, I recommend to update the information. Overall, we really liked this stay. We had a great time and made a many great memories there. Thank you so much to let us stay your beautiful place.

The condo is high up in a building looking directly at the beach, in a great location only a few minute‘s walk away. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I, who slept on a comfortable softbed. We had a few little issues and Howard was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location, location, location

We adore staying at the Waikiki Banyan. The location cannot be beat and the free parking is a huge perk. The check in process was very easy and all staff at the Banyan embody the aloha spirit of Hawai'i. The view from the condo was stunning - Waikiki Beach is a gorgeous back drop. The condo could use some maintenance (bathroom window, lanai drain, overall cleanliness) and instructions (tv and shower - - hint; pull out on the shower handle HARD to start the flow of water) but we greatly appreciated the late checkout granted by our host. Mahalo Howard!

A lovely place to stay

The location of the condo is an asset - close to everything you need, plus the beautiful ocean view. It’s nice and cozy to stay. I wish I stayed longer in Oahu, which has better spots for snorkeling.

Great choice. Views for days!

Overall was great. The view is what sold me on booking and did not disappoint. Conveniently located to the beach walking distance. Only negative thing to say is that the check in key pad code was incorrect and after a 14 hour day of flying we were exhausted! We had to wait outside the room on the phone getting assistance for about 20-30 minutes until we were given the code. Very humid and hot in hallways. But would def book with Howard again. Room had everything it needed. 🙂

Explanation

Great views, centrally located But needled more explanation on the security key and running the TV’s, for first time users of your place. Also the linen services, as in if they have a schedule they use or we call for the service. Would definitely want to stay again when we come back.

Nice location, great host

Property was easy to find as well as get in and out of parking wise. Elevators were easily accessible and close to where we chose to park. Nice to schlep our stuff up to the condo. We did have a couple building evacuations (I'll email the host directly), but thankfully WE didn't actually evacuate. An abundance of clean, soft towels was appreciated and the shampoos were amazing for my picky hair! I'm actually going to see if I can find it on amazon. Internet tv isn't our norm, so it took us a big bit to fumble through to find the National Championship game, but we found it! (I know tv on vaca, but it was a rain afternoon and a big game) Location was great - simply down the elevators, by the front desk, we were on the sidewalk, then one block to the beach and beach walk. Walked pretty much everywhere and only took the car to two further away excursions.

Our family loves Hawaii. We live in Palo Alto California but have been vactioning in Hawaii since the late 1970's. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a condo in the Waikiki Banyan in 1984 for our family to enjoy and to rent out to others when we weren't there. Now our grown children and their children also love it. We chose the Waikiki Banyan because it is family friendly, well located near the beach and zoo. We chose our unit because of it's fabulous ocean view on the 34 th floor. We have had multiple generations of families staying in our unit over the years.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love sitting out on the lanai and watching the ocean and surfers and swimmers. We enjoy being only 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Kapiolani Park and the zoo. We love the fabulous views from our condo
