Nuestros estudios bellamente restaurados son de la más alta calidad en la propiedad con atención a cada detalle. Este estudio tiene una cama king de California equipada con sábanas de calidad, edredones y almohadas de plumas, un sofá de cuero (cama extraíble con edredón de plumas), mesa de café y sillón de cuero, mantas suaves de seda. Una chimenea de piedra del piso al techo, con manto de madera hecho a mano, TV por cable de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con capacidad de hdmi, alarma de radio con conectividad para iPod, apliques de diseño y pisos de madera. Un área de cocina pequeña totalmente equipada con gabinetes de madera y encimeras de granito, refrigerador, microondas, anafe, cafetera, tostadora, olla de barro, y todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios, etc., mesa de comedor y sillas. Un cuarto de baño bellamente alicatado con bañera, ducha y tocador. Un montón de toallas limpias, champú y acondicionador y jabón, etc. todo incluido. Café y tés de calidad. También hay un balcón con sillas para sentarse. Wifi gratuito en estudio. Beautiful mini-suite

This is a beautiful condo located really close to Park City resort and lots of yummy family-owned restaurants. (Try Nosh Israeli if you get a chance.) Condo was immaculate, updated, minimal clean up for checking out. Working fireplace to heat in the winter, but as it is the source of heat when the thermostat dips low it automatically turns on, so bring a mask or turn it off at bedtime. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect place for Park City

We had a great time! Helen was great with communication and everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here while in Park City. Only about a $6 Uber/Lyft to main street.

Beautiful studio! Perfect for our needs!

We had a great time in Park City at this property. We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday with a couple of her friends and it was a great place to come back to and enjoy some peaceful quiet time. I will definitely be staying at one of Helen's properties again! Thank you for having everything set up just so perfectly and for taking the time to pay attention to all the little details to ensure a wonderful stay.

Great stay, nicely decorated!

This is a very nicely decorated studio room. We particularly appreciated the king-size bed, the large TV, and having a separate couch to relax on. The kitchen area is tiny and would be difficult to cook in, but was perfect for preparing snacks and a simple supper for the two of us. The location is great and only a 5-minute drive to the Main St downtown area or the Park City ski area. We also skied Deer Valley and it's less than 10 minutes to their parking lot. The only negatives I would mention are that there were no garbage bag liners available and that this unit has no dishwasher, so all dishes have to be washed by hand. Also, the guy at the front desk at check-in requested our credit card for a cleaning fee, which we politely declined because we were paying the unit owner directly through VRBO (and our cleaning was already included). This seems a little shady to me, but since he didn't insist, all was good.

Cozy and Romantic

My boyfriend and I visited Park City for the first time this past Christmas, and choose to stay at The Prospector. It was very lovely and cozy for the two of us! Loved having the fireplace to come back to and warm us up after a day out on the slopes. We choose not to rent a car and use the free bus that goes around town, the stop was a short walk from the lodge. The Prospector was a little more on the outskirts from the main part of the town (grocery stores and shopping areas) and the main ski resort, so you will need either a car or take the bus, but there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the studio is exactly as pictured. The small kitchen area had a stove and microwave but no oven. TV service wasn't the greatest but when you are in such a beautiful place with things to do, that shouldn't be your focus. Had such a great and romantic trip and staying here made our trip an even greater experience!

Excellent Accomodations and Host

Just returned from a trip to Park City and enjoyed the condo which was perfect for our needs. The condo was beautifully appointed and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and lovely tiled bathroom. Helen was a superb host and extremely flexible and thorough. The condo we were in was very close to a Red bus stop that takes you to the stores and the ski resort. You can download the app and see the bus schedule - just be aware that they may be a little behind/ahead of schedule so get to the stop in time. Great stay and will definitely connect with Helen again for future trips.

Perfect ski stay!

My husband and I loved our stay here! The studio is beautifully decorated with very nice furnishings. The pictures listed are very accurate. Very cute and clean place with everything you need to feel at home. The owner, Helen was very helpful and our check in was easy. Kitchen has many utensils and kitchen necessities along with a stovetop, microwave, fridge and large coffee maker with wonderful coffee. Bathroom is also beautiful with a shower/bath combo. The bed is so comfortable with soft sheets and down comforter. We really loved the fireplace, it kept the room so warm and cozy. Park City is a beautiful town with so much to see and do and this studio is centrally located and only a 5 min drive to downtown Park City or the ski resorts (Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Park City). We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Accomidations & I Will Be Back!

The studio was decorated in a very luxurious manner and very clean. Bedding and towels were also of high quality. The owners were helpful and easy to reach. The studios location is convenient to everything Park City has to offer. My family and I will definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway

This wonderful studio was larger than I thought it would be. I don't know why anyone would choose to stay in a noisy hotel room when this beautiful studio is available. It was clean, quiet, warm, convenient and affordable. The owner was easy to contact and prompt with her response. Thanks so much for a great stay! We will be back!

Craftsman's Cabin in Prospector

This studio was like a secluded, romantic, craftsman's cabin in the heart of ProspectorSquare. The owner's took great pride in the renovation of this studio. Beautiful wood floors, alder crown molding and doors and granite everything. The stone fireplace makes it comfy and romantic. The owners are local which is a plus. Our condo was impeccably clean and well furnished. We'll rent this unit again.

Beautiful and cozy studio!

My husband and I stayed in this beautifully decorated studio for 3 nts over New Year's. It was perfect! The king sized bed was comfy, the "fireplace" warmed up the room just right and the kitchen (while small) worked out fine for making breakfasts and snacks. Catching the free bus into Park City was so easy - just a very short walk to the front of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Efficiency condo

We go to Park City every winter and always stay in the Prospector area. Condos there are a great value, and it's so convenient to the FREE bus! This condo was obviously recently redecorated, and it was lovely. Bed was comfy, everything was great. No washer and dryer, unfortunately. And kitchenette was a bit odd -- right next to bathroom! But we only cook breakfast and eat all other meals out, so no big deal. I'd recommend it!

PARK CITY VETERANS!

Just enjoyed a fabulous week with my wife in this property, literally everything as described is really available and cannot recommend highly enough! Helen & Brian are very welcoming unobtrusive hosts always available to answer any questions and have great local knowledge of the area. The studio is like a brand new property, spotlessly clean, extremely warm and comfortable and in the perfect location for skiing, shops and restaurants, all only a few minutes away. Having stayed in many hotels and properties in Park City over the last 15 years, visiting from UK , can honestly say that this is by far the best experience. We will be back ! The SHROPSHIRE Skiers !

Park City is a fabulous year round destination and this location is ideal for skiers, hikers, and bikers, or anyone wanting a quiet weekend getaway. Great neighborhood with cafes and restaurants, walking distance to sights and a free bus service that stops outside the property. There is a fabulous gym adjacent to the property (daily fee applies) and easy access to the historic Rail Trail that backs the property.
