Welcome to Captain’s Cove in the highly desirable Indian Shores! This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with a King and Queen bed, has recently been fully upgraded with high-end finishes. There is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and 43" Smart TV in main bedroom. This corner unit is perfectly situated within the building, as it is the only one without any units above, adding to the peace and quiet of the property and being very close to the pool. Being an end unit, you'll appreciate the extra windows that allow for additional natural light, all adorned with plantation shutters. Your reserved parking spot is covered and located underneath the building. One story walk-up, only 13 steps.
Captain’s Cove offers fantastic amenities and has been meticulously maintained over the years. The community dock on the Intracoastal Waterway is a great spot for fishing, kayaking, sunbathing, entertaining, watching boats cruise by, and even spotting dolphins and manatees passing through.
This amazing complex consists of only 33 units and is conveniently located near shopping, bars/restaurants, and just a quick walk to the beach. A crosswalk just 200 yards away leads to the beach access. Indian Shores is known for its semi-private beaches due to limited public parking, yet it is still close to restaurants and nightlife. Within a couple of miles, you'll find great dining options like Salt Rock Grill, Caddy’s, and Crabby Bill’s. Nearby attractions include Splash Harbour Water Park, Putt Putt, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, which is only 6 miles away.
