Our newly updated bedrooms have been thoughtfully reconfigured to better accommodate groups and families, offering flexibility and comfort for your stay. Please note that due to ongoing renovations, current photos may not yet reflect these improvements — but rest assured, the space is now even more inviting!

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows after a busy day of exploration. With this thoughtful layout, there's an ideal balance of privacy and communal spaces, so everyone can gather together or enjoy a moment of personal relaxation.

Combined Living & Sleeping Space: The large upstairs great room serves as both the main living room and an additional bedroom. This is the only space in the home with a couch, sitting area, and TV. It’s also where the family can gather for games, conversations, or relaxing together. In the corner of this room, there is a queen-over-queen bunk bed that provides extra sleeping arrangements for four.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The living area is uniquely located upstairs within the bedroom, offering a cozy retreat with a plush sofa—perfect for movie nights or simply relaxing after a day of adventure. On the main level, the dining area invites everyone to gather, whether it’s for a quick breakfast before heading out or a fun family dinner. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring modern stainless steel appliances that make meal prep effortless. Enjoy the soothing warm water as you create lasting memories with loved ones, whether sharing stories, laughter, or simply enjoying the ambiance of downtown Sister Bay.

LAUNDRY ACCESS
Need to freshen up your clothes during your stay? We've got you covered. The washer and dryer are located in a shared basement space, but rest assured guests have exclusive access to the laundry machines. While store employees occasionally pass through the basement area via a separate, secured entrance to access storage, they do not use or interact with the laundry area or machines. The space is fully secure, and there is no access from the store to the main house, so your privacy and safety are never compromised. This setup ensures you still have the convenience of in-home laundry during your stay, without interruption.

OUTDOORS
Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience in our outdoor space! Enjoy a soak in the 4-person hot tub on the back deck, surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence for your comfort and seclusion. While we don't offer a grill, the true beauty of this property lies in its prime location—just a short stroll to the beach and literally steps away from a variety of delightful Sister Bay restaurants. Whether you're savoring a meal out or unwinding in the hot tub, this outdoor oasis is the ideal setting for making the most of your getaway!

As a special perk, we're thrilled to offer you an exclusive bundle that includes Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+. Access a wide range of live TV channels, an incredible library of Disney content, and captivating sports coverage all from the comfort of your home away from home. PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
Enjoy convenient parking for up to four vehicles right at your home base, providing easy access for your entire group. You can park in any unnumbered space, including those on the right, as long as they aren't designated spots. Please note that numbered spaces are reserved for garage access.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled in the back of a building in the vibrant downtown area, offering you easy access to local attractions while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. We kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors by avoiding loud or large parties. Please treat the neighbors as you would if you lived here, fostering a peaceful environment for everyone

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
