Screened in room with ocean view and being able to hear the waves crashing while having coffee, seeing the sunrise every morning and family time in that room was beyond amazing. Beach access could not be any better. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is an excellent beachfront condo, spacious, comfortable and a perfect location. The owners are very friendly and were very accommodating when we had a storm that caused a power outage and roof leak, they put us up in another one of their properties for the night.Will book again!!

We love Tybee Island

The ocean view is awesome! The location couldn’t get any better. The condo is very dated and need a lot of TLC.

Perfect beachfront and beach access

Beautiful view. A little outdated but the view was unbeatable! Easy access to the beach. I'd definitely go back.

Awesome view and great location! Loved the screened porch. Comfortable furniture inside and on porch. Easy drive to explore Savannah. Kitchen spacious and well stocked. Older unit but well-maintained overall. Pat was very responsive. Had issues with WiFi, and Pat provided alternate WiFi when I called. One screen on porch needed attention but did not impact our view. Kitchen faucet was a little tricky to shut off. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The porch was our favorite place to hang out when not at the beach or checking out the restaurants. Savannah is so close so can spend a day there. The owner was so accommodating and checked to see if we needed anything. We would stay there again.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Screened in porch with beach view absolutely fabulous! Its an older house but well maintained and its was clean cozy. Minor maintenance is needed and the kitchen could use a cutting board and new knives. Our dog loved the porch and we all had a great time. It was a lovely stay and we'd definitely return.

The host was friendly and very helpful for suggestions about enjoying Tybee Island and the condo property. The beachfront second floor condo was spacious with a large open kitchen and big counter top, wide deep screened in porch with comfortable furniture to enjoy the ocean/beach view, and three nice bedrooms. A primary bedroom with full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a hallway full bathroom. The family room was large with comfortable pit group sofa and large padded chair. We definitely come back again.

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed my stay. It was all that I wanted. The electric frying pan ROCKS! Unit was well stocked with towels and useful items. Would like to make one request and that is to get new pillows in the master bedroom. Other than that our girls trip was great. Thanks you Kathee and your team.

Tybee Island Oceanfront View

We loved the location of this property and the drive up parking spot. Walk downstairs and you're at the beach walk minutes from the ocean. Having morning coffee outside on the huge porch was our favorite. Kitchen well appointed. Things could have been wiped down a little better and some things needed repair but it didn't hinder the enjoyment of the rental or its location. Thanks so much!!

Nice apartment

The apartment was nicely furnished and clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. The location was good as it was close to Charleston and the airport. Nice dining options within 5-minute walk. Please note that the apartment is new construction with thin walls and ceiling. You can hear the upstairs neighbors. The internet was slow and intermittent. Ironing board was a tabletop type and not full size. Iron needed cleaning from previous use. Overall a nice stay.

Sorry, there is a mix up on this review. 1) We are in ocean front onTybee Island near Savannah over 90 miles away from Charleston. 2. We are not new construction although we are undergoing renovations. 3. 1A is on the top floor with no one above or beside us. 4. We have High Speed Internet 5. All of our units have full sized irons and Ironing board. 6. We did not have a registered guest by this name, but we would love to have her visit us. 2

Communication & location is great, cleanliness is not.

As soon as we stepped into this property, it already had an icky feel. The flooring on the porch is lifting everywhere and looks as if it needed to be replaced. If the housekeeper came by to clean, it did not seem it because a lot of things felt off. The rug in the hallway and carpets in the bedrooms all felt dirty. The shower liner curtain in the master bedroom is extremely dirty. All the dishes and utensils in the kitchen had to be washed before we used them because they looked dirty. I used the washer and dryer, and the middle of the agitator in the washer

There were lots sand spurs stuck in the carpet!The can opener is non functional, but there were plenty of dishes and cookware.The screened in porch was nice!The pictures are old and everything is worn.

The location was wonderful so easy to get to the beach. The screen deck was a must that was my favorite part of this property.

Review

Property needs updating. Stairs falling apart. Porch screens falling off. Towel bars falling off. Shower needs new washers. Poor air conditioning in back rooms. Painting. Need exterminator. This is why we didn’t give 5 stars.

Bad condition but good location

The property is in serious need of updates. I understand they are trying but the stairs to the unit are treacherous. Needs lots of love.

This property has a wonderful location looking over the beach. The property is a little tired, but the location and screened porch over the beach make up for it
