Our condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. The calming beach decor creates a tranquil atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

~ Living & Dining: It's the perfect shared space for relaxing, dining, or planning your next adventure. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video included) or gather for a meal with serene views as your backdrop.
~ Kitchen: Your well-equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary creation. It features both a drip and single-serve coffee maker, a tea kettle, and all the essentials.
~ Family Friendly: Traveling with little ones? We provide pack 'n play, and a selection of children's books, toys, and board games for your convenience.
~ Extras: A starter pack is provided until your delivery or pickup order is ready.
~ Beach Gear: Two beach chairs and an umbrella are reserved at the beach, just find the red umbrella and give the condo number (2046). Enjoy the beach towels, 3 chairs, and wagon provided! You might also find extra "bonus" items like floaties or inflatables left by past guests. Feel free to use them, but please give them a quick safety check first, as we can't be responsible for their condition.
~ Bedroom & Bathroom: Retreat to the serene bedroom for a restful night's sleep in the comfortable king-sized bed. A clean and modern bathroom is stocked with a starter kit for your convenience.
~ Private Balconies: Sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on one of two private balconies, offering peaceful views overlooking the saltwater canal.
~ Workspace: For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated desk area provides a comfortable and quiet space to work remotely.

The stay was perfect! The private beach was close and relaxing! And this stay is right in the middle of anything you could need! It never took us longer than 10 minutes to get to any of the restaurants we were looking forward to. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot!

This was such a gem! We’ve been staying at Sandpiper for many years and love the sprawling property with access to both the beach and the harbor…best part…no elevators! We had such a peaceful stay and really appreciated the awesome hosts. Communication was perfect and the condo had absolutely everything you need for a relaxing beach trip! 10/10 would stay again!

10 star review!!!! We hated to leave! My daughter and I were celebrating her Fall Break with a quick Destin getaway but we had such a great time we added two days! The location was perfect- allowing for tennis mornings, beach afternoons and nighttime pool swims. Just minutes away and we were able to enjoy snorkeling, crab island excursions, arcade, shopping, dining and even a murder mystery sunset dinner cruise!But the best part was our host. We travel a ton- VRBOs 4-6 times a year and never have we had such hospitable and kind hosts! We will be back!

Great stay for price

We fully enjoyed our experience. We enjoyed all four pools. They were all nice and well kept. The condo itself was nice. It came with a lot of things you need. The bed was comfy but the pull out isn’t the most comfortable mattress. Which to me is to be expected from a pull out. The beach was a little bit of a walk but you can drive as well. It’s a private parking lot to the beach. I will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin!The condo was clean and comfortable . The bed was super comfortable! The condo is on the canal and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the boats. We were within walking distance to the private beach, but we also drove over several times. There was plenty of parking. Also appreciated was beach chair service ! We had zero problems during our stay.If i had to add a con to all the pros of this condo, i would say that its a bit dated, but this did not bother us at all. We would most definitely stay here again !!

The door lock you had to put in twice so if anyone was trying to get in you have to double press. The stain people had to be there twice so we had to leave twice at 4 hours each. There was no refund for that time. We had to spend money out each time on something to do and food which was not the plan.We gave them a pic of a big roach and they were nice and gave a 50 dollar credit to the local pub but it was like having the tick itch after that! I was constantly checking our sheets.
Huge roach we killed.
They made a mistake on date! It was the time we were there.
