This Guadalupe River home that sits on over 4 acres is a very unique property with River access, views and private pool and new hot tub. Just North of San Antonio and only 35 minutes from the airport you are close to State Parks, Fredericksburg with its charming downtown, vast amount of Wineries and all that the Texas hill country offers. The 3200 sq ft 4 Bedroom house sits on a high Bluff with amazing views towards the NW which allows for some beautiful Sunsets. The home also offers a game room with a pool table and a smart TV with a deck overlooking the property.
MAX 8 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 1 YRS OLD.
There are security cameras- one pointing towards the driveway and one towards the pool area (turned off when guests are in house) along with a video door bell. Driveway and doorbell stay on during stay.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Everything you need and more. The views are incredible, pool is beautiful, hot tub easy to use, comfortable beds and furniture! Easy check in and out process. We will 100% return in the future.

The view was amazing to say the least. Swimming in the pool and watching the view…priceless. My family enjoyed fishing in the river as well. The stars at night were spectacular…never seen anything like it.

The house and property were even better than the pictures in the listing! We loved the expansive view. The host is very helpful and responsive. One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in!
It is a nice hike between the house and the river.

Gorgeous home with a breathtaking view! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, rocking chairs for coffee in the morning and the upstairs balcony was perfect to watch the storm that rolled in one of the nights we were there. Already planning to return! Great communication with the host. Perfect place to get away with your family and maybe one other family. Kitchen is well stocked for making breakfast- particularly loved the big pan that can make over a dozen eggs! Nice grill to make burgers and steaks! 5 star review all the way!!!

This property was absolutely amazing! I would definitely stay here again. We had such a blast! So many memories made here. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us. The beds were super comfortable. The surround sound in the living room, felt like an actual movie theatre. The view alone looks like something out of a magazine, the pool and the hot tub were a big hit with the teens and the kids. The host was more than accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay! River accessible we found driving up to Nichols Landing if you already have a tube is a great place to get in to float down (1 entry fee per person) to the house was about 2.5 hr float. There are several breweries nearby, and the caverns/zoo was about 30 min for a family outing.

Best weekend EVER!

This amazing river front home sits on 4.5 acres with vista views for miles and miles. We swam in the river and infinity edge pool. We played pool and games in the game room. We relaxed on the deck with a drink in hand and enjoyed birds sing, the stars and the views. It is close to the cute towns of, Wimberley, Boerne, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake and 30 minutes from San Antonio airport. I was here for a girls weekend and we didn’t need to leave the house. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home for your next getaway. I know we will be back. 5 stars!!

I was at the house during the July 4th floods. The house sits on the steeper side of a cliff, with a ranch directly across the river. It rained non-stop continuously basically from the time I got there until packup time sunday morning. There was no risk of flooding even though the river swelled 300-400 ft outside of the bank up the slope of the ranch on the other side. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been at this house during the storm. Our hearts go out to the other families who were on the river and are now facing a profoundly different and painful reality marked by incredible loss. Please continue to praying for each and every one of those families. This place and overall property is amazing. Cristal (host) is super responsive and accomodating. There is tons of space for 2 x family of 4. Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable.

We have been doing this since 2005 when we purchased our first property in Telluride Colorado. Since that time we have also added properties in Cabo San Lucas, Port Aransas TX, and now in the TX hill country on the Guadalupe River.
