Arriving later than expected? No problem! Our seamless self-check-in process allows you to access the property at your convenience.

★ Early Check-In or Luggage Drop-Off ★
Standard check-in is at 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or allow you to drop off your luggage while our housekeeping team prepares the space. Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you!

★ EXTRA GUEST ★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 12 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 15. Any guest beyond 12 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

★ NO Pets allowed ($500 fine) ★

★ PARKING ★
Kindly note that only street parking is available. ★ Absolutely NO smoking in the unit ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.


★ TAXES INCLUDED★
Taxes are included in the nightly rate. This must be collected and submitted to NYC
