Brand New construction home with all new furniture and bedding. Great location, walking distance to outdoor community center with pool and only 6 minutes from Flagler College and the heart of downtown St Augustine.

Bedroom 1: King Bed with air mattress and Pack N' Play in the closet. Private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds with Full Bed on bottom and Full Bed on top.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds with Full Bed on bottom and Twin Bed on top. An additional Twin Bed trundle.

LIVINGROOM: A 75-inch television with power leather reclining sofa and reclining chairs. High Speed wifi, streaming services, an Xbox with games, and a karaoke machine make this a great place to hang out and watch movies and rest for your day ahead.

KITCHEN: is fully stocked with high-end pots and pans, dishes for adults and kids, cutlery, a Keurig with coffee pods, toaster oven, tea kettle, cups, wine glasses, a separate wine fridge, and plenty of storage in the fridge and pantry for any food you want to bring with you.

GARAGE: Full-size ping pong table. We also have a propane grill available for your use, outdoor games, and plenty of camping chairs that you are welcome to use at the house OR feel free to use them at the beach and return them when you are done.

BEDROOMS: The master has a king bed and large closet with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full bunk beds and a closet full of toys. The third bedroom has a full bed, with twin bed on top, and a trundle twin pull out bed. We also have a pack and play and an additional air mattress available, so there is a ton of room for everyone.

COMMUNITY: The house is within walking distance to the Solomon community center which has a gym, basketball court and a huge outdoor swimming pool, with many fields and baseball diamonds on the outside.

BACKYARD: Fully fenced, with gate, but you have to access from outside - there is no door from house to backyard, but the gate to the backyard is just on the left side of the house, many people exit through the garage to take their pets to the backyard via the date. We know its slightly weird, but the backyard is fully fenced, and works well for your furry friends.

YOUR HOSTS: We are locals and know the area very well. We put just a few local area attractions in the photos and have been to them all. You are welcome to message or call us for recommendations. We can tell you the best activities and how to get the best prices. The pirate ship cruise, ghost tour, distillery tour, alligator farm, St George Street shopping, and Ripley's are just a few of our favorites.
