Welcome to Bermuda Breeze, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the laid-back Bermuda Beach community of Galveston, Texas. With an unobstructed view of the Gulf and a spacious covered front porch, this home brings the ocean right to your doorstep.

● Beach access: Less than a minute drive from the Bermuda Beach community access point.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in front of the home.

Step inside and you`ll be welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space with vaulted, beamed ceilings and generous natural light. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, creating a perfect space for gathering. There`s plenty of seating for your entire group between the dining table and bar seating. Just beyond the living room, sliding glass doors lead out to a large covered patio—ideal for enjoying sea breezes any time of day.

All four bedrooms are located on the main level, making the home especially accessible. One bedroom features a king-size bed, two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed along with a twin bunk bed set—great for families or groups traveling with kids. Below the home, the covered ground level offers ample space for parking or casual outdoor entertaining.

Whether you`re watching waves roll in from the porch or gathering inside for a meal with friends and family, Bermuda Breeze offers a comfortable, beachside experience with everything you need for a memorable coastal stay.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
