This vacation home offers a rare combination of features for the Santa Rosa Beach area! Its location provides convenient access to both the bay and boat launch and is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches that make 30A a popular destination.
You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in the open kitchen and dining room complete with a coffee cart. Kick back and watch TV in the living room. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third offers twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Enjoy the private and lush backyard, covered porch, back patio, grill, and firepit.
There is ample parking to bring your boat. Cessna Landing is a county park located less than a half mile from the house where you can you launch your boat to head out to the Choctawatchee Bay. The park has docks, sheltered picnic areas, a basketball and squash court, and a playground. A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the beach, along with some great shopping, restaurants, and a seasonal farmers market Ed Walline Public Beach Access is located at the intersection of 30A and Hwy 393 with additional parking available a quarter mile away from the beach access.
Whether you're visiting for nearby beaches or a fishing getaway, Coastal Soul offers all the comforts of home.
