Roaring Fishing Trip

This location is 20 - 25 miles from Roaring River so it worked out great. We enjoyed the residence and the beauty of the area.

Comfy couch and lovely owner

The kitchen was very nice, the couch was comfortable, and the pool table was a lot of fun to play on! Recommend the place overall! Be aware that there are not many blinds or curtains in the living room/dining room, but its not a super active street.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed the space they home had to offer. Owner was very responsive to initial issues at check in and we were only delayed a few minutes getting inside. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Beautiful and quiet

The Woodland Retreat was a perfect place to stay for a Eureka Springs weekend trip. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for decompressing after the busy crowds in Eureka Springs. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

We loved playing on the pool table, then soaking in the hot tub under the moon. We cooked several meals and enjoyed having access to the full kitchen and dining room. The listing is accurate and Ricky is very communicative.

Really Nice Place

This house is incredible. The pictures are very accurate. It’s secluded which I loved and the drive into town is only twenty minutes. It’s the best of both worlds.

Spotless 3 bedroom house

We had a nice stay at this updated, family friendly house. The place was spotless and had everything we needed including extra bath towels, TP, etc. The hot tub was great and looked to be new. The master suite was huge and my daughter enjoyed the bunk bed room with air hockey table.b

Euphoria Trip

The stay was absolutely fantastic, as soon as we got there we settled into the home and within 10-20 minutes of being on the property and a heard of deer come trolling around. The location is perfect secluded by the water and was only 10-14 minutes from EUREKA SPRINGS!!! Overall the property and home is beautiful and will be going back very soon.

We absolutely loved our stay with this property! It was clean, beautiful, amazing scenery and wonderful service! Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice getaway with your family! We had our one year old son and they provided a pack & play and he loved it there. The arcade game and pool table were great to play with the family! Thank you for such a memorable experience with our family getaway!

Spring Break

They space was perfect for my family of 3. My husband and I had plenty of space and our pre teen son had his own space as well. We watched a herd of 20 deer eat dinner in the backyard one night and loved the house. The area is quiet amd felt like home.
