Extra Fees:
Pet-Friendly -- Up to 2 pets welcome, $150 one-time fee. Please do not leave your pets in the backyard unattended.

Other:
Full head count is required at booking. No longer charging extra large group fees. The price reflects a flat rate with maximum headcount of 10. With only two bathrooms, 10 is the maximum number of people this house can hold. Most comfortable stays are between 6 and 8 people, however, we do allow for 10 with the number of beds.
Fees are charged for extra people over 10 total, children included. The extra headcount fee is $200 per person per night. We aren’t encouraging this, we’re merely implementing a fine after so many have abused our maximum head count. Thanks for understanding.

Guest Access
Lockbox with keys provides easy access to the entire property during your stay. Please park in the driveway (we keep our car in the garage).

No laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Fortunately I had packed my own since we drove there so it didn’t change anything but it def changes the energy when you stay out of town for a week.
