The Space
Welcome to this recently renovated 1,700 sq. ft. home featuring three spacious bedrooms, each with large closets and extra linens and blankets.
The master bedroom includes a queen-size electric bed, a bunk bed (full and twin), and a brand-new en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a new king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a bookshelf for some relaxing reading, and is located next to the second bathroom.
The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, a bookshelf with additional books, and is also adjacent to the second bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with large wall-mounted TVs.
The master bathroom is spacious, with a glass-enclosed shower and a convenient bench for sitting while drying off or getting ready.
It also features double sinks with backlit mirrors, two linen closets stocked with fresh towels and washcloths, and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music, podcasts, or news.
The second bathroom includes a shower and bathtub.
The living room is perfect for cozy evenings with two large sofas, a chaise lounge, an electric fireplace, and a 75” TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, an air fryer, blender, and popcorn machine. Coffee lovers will find both Keurig pods and drip coffee available.
For breakfast, we provide butter, jam, honey, and brioche bread.
You’ll also find sugar, salt, Splenda, oil, and other cooking essentials. If you’re missing anything, just let us know and we’ll have it ready for your arrival.
A large dining table seats up to eight, with additional folding chairs available.
There’s a second living area with a sofa bed (for a possible ninth guest), a wall-mounted TV, and board games like Monopoly and more.
A third bathroom includes a sink and toilet, and the laundry room has both a washer and dryer.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious lounge area with sofas, armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a large refrigerator.
The backyard is expansive and features a 9-foot-deep unheated saltwater pool, a large dining table under a big umbrella, and a Weber grill with all accessories provided.
Relax on the lounge chairs, play cornhole, or unwind at the wet bar with stools, a refrigerator, and a big-screen TV (perfect for watching the NBA Finals).
A fourth full bathroom is nearby, air-conditioned, and stocked with all your beach essentials.
Please note: No parties or unregistered guests are allowed.
Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor area, except for the utility closets. Routine outdoor maintenance takes place on Wednesdays (lawn service and pool cleaning) and does not require access to the interior.

The company that takes care of cleaning the pool comes once a week on Wednesdays around 12pm.

The pool system operates daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and should not be adjusted. Due to nearby trees, occasional leaves in the pool are normal and do not affect water quality.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties or events are not permitted, and we kindly ask that quiet hours (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM) be respected.

For transparency, the property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. The device does not record audio or conversations and only measures sound levels. In the event of excessive noise, Minut may contact the guest directly to request immediate noise reduction. Tampering with the device is not permitted. Thank you so much
