This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. The nearly 1000 sq. ft. space boasts a galley kitchen open to the living room where the couch pulls out to a queen bed. Bedroom features include a king bed and walk-in closet. Washer and dryer access are on premises. This is a smoke-free unit. Pet-friendly.

You will be given a lockbox code for accessing the apartment during your stay. We live in the area and are available if needed but this unit is separate from our personal residence.

This space is located in the Boneyfiddle Historic District which is right along the Ohio River in downtown Portsmouth, Ohio. If you enjoy the arts, take a stroll along the floodwall murals which depict the history of the area, see a show at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the campus of Shawnee State University, or see an exhibit at the Southern Ohio Museum and Cultural Center. Interested in shopping? The shops along Second and Market Streets offer antiques, clothing, and more. While there is a full kitchen for cooking your own meals, there are several locally owned restaurants (many within walking distance) if you want someone else to do the work. We enjoy what downtown Portsmouth has to offer and hope that you will, too!

You will have full private use of the apartment including the kitchen, living room with sofa bed (queen size mattress), bedroom with walk-in closet, and bathroom. There is a shared space where you have access to a washer and dryer.

Portsmouth, Ohio is the childhood home of Roy Rogers. This cowboy themed space is a great place for you to call home during your visit to Portsmouth and the Historic Boneyfiddle area. The rustic finishes give an old west feel and the location provides convenient access to much of what the area has to offer.
