River City Loft-Unidad-Baño en la habitacion

Just blocks from the Ohio River, historic downtown Portsmouth, and Shawnee State University, River City Loft is a second story, 1200 square foot private living space that is dog friendly, non-smoking, close to grocery, city parks, and unique shopping and restaurants.
The space
Our loft has a separate entrance and private parking. We’ve created a cozy, elegant atmosphere with luxury bedding, LED fireplace, full internet connection, heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The Kitchen features a full-sized gas range, air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with K-cup and a coffee pot.

For staying in, you’ll find a dining area with a table and seating for 6, and a moveable kitchen island with two stools. Or you can relax next to the fireplace and 55” smart TV, pull out the dart board, a deck of cards, play checkers or one of the growing collection of board games you’ll find around the loft. There’s also a desk for a workspace for remote work.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, located directly off the main living area and separated from each other with sliding barn doors. We also provide a vanity with LED lighting in the master bedroom. There is a smart TV located in each bedroom, and you’ll find a large closet in the second bedroom.

The loft has a full size laundry room that opens into a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second 1/2 bathroom is off the main living area and includes a full length mirror. We’ll supply the basics - bathroom linen (hand towels and bath towels), soap, shampoo and body wash for short term stays, and laundry soap.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire loft to yourself with private parking and a private entry.

Access to the loft is via stairs with an available chair lift if you have trouble with stairs or just want to bring up your luggage.

The entry door will have a key lockbox for check-in. A private code will be provided to you prior to arrival after the unit is cleaned.
