Esta casa frente al mar tiene una vista impresionante del sonido, ya que se encuentra en lo alto de una duna con vistas al sonido. Solo relájate en el muelle privado. Las puestas de sol son fabulosas!
La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y / 2 baños con un total de 3 camas queen y 1 cama individual. Mesa de comedor se sienta 8, más 2 taburetes de bar. ¡Se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada privada con una gran piscina comunitaria frente al sonido, playa, puerto deportivo con lanzamiento de botes y un área de picnic cubierta!
Ir a remar en kayak y explorar la vida silvestre en y alrededor del sonido. La pesca es excelente en tu propio muelle privado, así como la pesca de cangrejos. Se proporcionan dos kayaks.

We had a wonderful stay! My kids had a blast fishing and crabbing everyday off the dock! A very nice community. We walked to the pool a couple times. And drove into town to go to the ocean a few times as well. Driveway was a little challenging to navigate but nothing that would keep me from staying again!! Awesome place with awesome sound/sunset views!

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay, Z was a great host. We saw beautiful sunsets and loved being able to sit outside and to enjoy the view. We loved the big porch upstairs, we always had breakfast and planned our day on the porch. The house was clean and we loved the location.

Lovely OBX stay…

We loved this property in Colington Harbor - perfect for our family visiting. Sure it is an older property but it’s clean and functional and has pretty much everything you might need (other than bath towels and shower gel). Great to be able to get out in the kayaks (plenty of life jackets provided) although the ladder from the pontoon is not for the faint-hearted! Sun room was a fantastic place to eat and look out at the water.

Love the view that this home provides. Quiet neighborhood and about 10 mins from the main strip. We as a family really enjoyed our stay.

Cute house with awesome view

We really enjoyed our visit. The house is older but was clean and had an amazing sunroom. The pier was nice and hammock was enjoyable. The host checked in several times making sure all was good. My nephew road his bike around the neighborhood and had a great time. We would definitely consider this house for a future stay.

Great experience

My family had a wonderful week. We caught many different fish from the dock at the home. Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. Great communication with owner making the checking in process easy. We are already planning our next visit.

Beautiful home

We had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful house! The fishing was great the views were amazing and Z was an attentive host. We had an issue with the television and he responded almost immediately and then followed up the next day to make sure that we were all set.

eview This quaint little cottage is the perfect getaway! Tucked away on the sound, you have this amazing view of sunsets, a hammock to sway gently with the breeze, and a dock to fish from, jump in a kayak, swim in the sound, or bring your boat and have it docked right there! When we go on vacation, we rarely spend time indoors. Well, this cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cooking essentials you’ll need. A comfy living room, bedrooms and bonus, a sunroom so you can still enjoy the view while you stay out of the rain. There were five of us, 4 young adults who felt the location was perfect, had a great time, and asked why we never stayed there before. And I am the older adult who snoozed in the hammock and enjoy a relaxing day on the dock, reading a book. We spent one day at the ocean, and the remainder here. One bonus was the privacy, not fighting for space on the beach, yet still enjoying the water views. The host is very kind and responsive. We had a few questions and the host was on top of them. The host provides so many extras to the guests that all you need to bring, are your clothes. A and 5 stars all around. We will be staying again as my family has already asked when we are booking next year! Thank you for such a wonderfully delightful stay and making our vacation perfect!

Great house and location!

We’ve been to OBX many times, but never stayed sound side before. The kids (all teens) had a blast jumping off the dock and swimming in the sound and we were a short drive from the beach. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing from our backyard. The owner was easy to reach when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the house is very cozy and we absolutely enjoyed the sound view and the awesome daily sunsets. The dock is a major plus for fishing and crabbing! The house is well-stocked with necessities and we are grateful for the (extra) beach chairs. We enjoyed our week-long vacation in OBX!

Home away from home

The views from the house of the sunset and the sound are gorgeous! The rooms were spacious and had all the basic needs of a home! Also a great community pool to walk too! The owners were great at communicating! We enjoyed are stay!

Great property, beautiful views!

We had a blast at this property. There was so much to do. We fished from the private dock, kayaked, and swam in the sound all from the dock. We also visited the community pool a couple days during our stay. The staff was very nice, pool was pristine and there were plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas. There’s just a short drive to almost anything that Kill Devil Hills has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect vacation rental

Outstanding experience. Perfect place to relax. Directly on the shore to the Sound with a stunning view on water. Very Clean and fully equiped in every aspect - toys for the beach, canoes, fishing rods, complete cooking tools ... The landlord was very friendly. I would definitely chose the house again.
