Our beachfront apartment is part of the LYFE Resort and Residences condominium, so it has multiple high-quality, 5-star services and common areas that you can enjoy such as:

Welcome to our beachfront apartment located in Hollywood. Formerly known as Hyde Resort and Residences, it offers stunning views and high-end services such as beach access, rooftop pools, a gym, and a spa. This wonderful apartment promises a 5-star experience while enjoying the city.

Strategically located just minutes from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour, within walking distance of Gulfstream Park, the Arts and Culture Center, and a wide variety of dining options. It has it all:

Our guests have access to all the services offered by the resort:

• Rooftop pools;
• Gym;
• SPA;
• Beach chairs and umbrellas (paid extra at the hotel of $40 per night, this is a cost that the hotel requires,);
• On-site restaurant;
• Paid valet parking ($38.38)

Other things to note:
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. Once we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests that will be staying, so that we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your arrival process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.

There is a resort fee of $40 per day which includes umbrellas (1), towels and beach chairs (2) and must be paid at the hotel at check-in.

The resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of $250 (credit card only). This fee must also be paid at the front desk during check-in. This value is refundable.

Paid valet parking is provided by the hotel ($38.38, credit card only).

Check-OUT is at 11 am (*)

(*) If a guest leaves after 11 am, there will be an additional charge from the Resort of $44, this charge will be automatically deducted by the Resort from the deposit.
