This Home features 3 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom that sleeps 7 comfortably. It’s located in a private community development that offers 24 hour security. During the summer months the community offers access to the lake for Kayak access, fishing, bbq grills. We offer Bikes & Kayaks on the property for guest use. It is also equipped with a 4 person Hot Tub. AC only in the common area, no AC in bedrooms but there are fans.

Kitchen: We electric range with oven, over the range microwave & 30in Refrigerator with all essentials.

BackYard:
FirePit area for 6, Picnic Table for 6, Swing area for 2, Propane Grill, and 2 hanging loungers. 4 Person Hot Tub.

No access to basement.

Jack Frost Mountain, Camelback Ski Resort, Camelbeach, Great Wolf, and Kalahari Water Parks, The Crossings Outlet Center, Poconos NASCAR Raceway, Mount Airy Lodge and Casino, Delaware Water Gap, Great Wolf Indoor Water Park, Memorytown, Tobyhanna State Park, Claws and Paws Wildlife Park, Poconos Brewing Company, and Jim Thorpe for white water rafting. Other activities include horseback riding, golf, ATV rentals, hiking, biking, miniature golf, wildlife viewing, shopping, wine tasting, restaurants, cinemas (including a drive-in movie theater) sightseeing, swimming, and canoeing.

Hot Tub Rules: Please follow all hot tub rules or additional fees will be charged.
1. Shower before use.
2. No drinking, smoking or eating in hot tub.
3. Cover hot tub after use (note: in winter months if not covered damaged will caused to hot tub)
4. Turn off the jets and lights after use.
5. Don’t not put temperature pass 102f degrees.
6. Have fun & relax.

If any food or cups are found in hot tub, a $150 disinfection fee will be charged. Thanks for following the rules.
