The house was great for our big family trip. Being right on the beach was excellent, and having the pool for our littles to enjoy when they were done with the beach was great. Communication with our host when issues came up was very smooth, and everything was attended to quickly.

Beautiful house but as a prior review indicated some basic maintenance would give it a 5 rating. WiFi signal VERY poor except for the floor the router was on. On the balconies the signal was almost nonexistent. Better signal from the house next door. (Maintenance could not add WiFi extenders). Broken deck chairs on every level. A couple a bit dangerous. One chair just thrown under the pool. Five (5) tv remotes did not work when we arrived (maintenance corrected). For the rental price these items should be addressed prior to arrival.

The home is beautiful and well-appointed. The property management people were very responsive. We had a wonderful visit. The floors were VERY dirty...after a shower, walking around barefooted, we realized our feet were black. A guest/friend who has riverfront property and a dock said that you would do well to check the walkway over to the beach for safety/integrity. Thanks for a great vacation. Paula Stutts

Gorgeous Home, Terrible ManagementDon’t be fooled by the beauty of this house — the management is a nightmare. The listing had wrong bedroom info, the pool was out of service for 4 days, and we were insultingly offered only 175 for the inconvenience. For the price we paid, this level of inaccuracy, poor communication, and lack of fair compensation is unacceptable. Rent at your own risk.

Retreat to Remember

The beach home is exactly as described maybe better. Direct beach access. Beautiful beach views from most of the bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own tv and nice bathroom. You can enjoy meals at the large island in the kitchen or the large dining room or on the patio next to the swimming pool. And so glad the home has an elevator making it easy to load and unload instead having to take the stairs to the 4 th floor. Speaking of the fourth floor, the master bedroom and super large bath made me feel like the queen of the castle. All the private balconies gave my staff private time to relax and recharge which really gave me great joy. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook big meals. Plenty of plates, bowls, deep coffee mugs, glassware, silverware, Everything. This owner has great taste. I will never forget this work vacation. It was hard to leave. Our last moments there we just stared at the ocean from the balcony with big smiles. Private beach access is a Flex. We deserved this beautiful beach home and this home deserved my team.
