The space
This awesome 3 bedroom townhome is located in the sought after community of Bella Vida Resort. This townhome has all the comforts of home, yet extras that will make you want to stay. With a spacious, open floor plan, the first floor is brightly decorated, everyone will have a favorite spot to just chill and enjoy their favorite activity. The kitchen has all the necessities to make your favorite meals, and overlooks the family room if you want to also see your favorite shows. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, for great family meals together, and the whole area is completed by glass doors leading to your private pool and pool area if you'll rather enjoy a meal or cocktail outside or just view the pool from your favorite spot on the sofa. The upstairs has the bedrooms, the master has a King size bed and a private bathroom and the other two rooms have 2 twin beds each, they share a full bathroom located in the hallway. All bedrooms also have their own flat screen tvs for privacy. This home is perfect for any family big or small looking for a perfect vacation home!

Other things to note
Upon booking our home, you will receive a confirmation email with property address and access codes to the community and the home. Upon arrival you can head straight to your home, but we require you check in at our office within 24 hours of arrival with the registration paperwork left at the house for you. This is to make sure all is ok with the home and if you have any maintenance issues or questions, you can let us know at this time. We also have a strict check in/check out schedule, due to the demand of our homes we often have guests checking out and others checking in on the same day. Our cleaning and maintenance staff need enough time to get the homes ready for the next guests, so if you require a later check out time, you MUST arrange it with our management office with at least 24 hrs notice. We can only allow a late check out if there are no guests scheduled to arrive that day, and the latest is noon without any fees. Failure to depart at the scheduled 10am check out time without notice will result in a $50 fee to your account.
