I had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and check out was easy. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary snacks and water. Overall, the experience was great.

Very quiet and clean townhouse. Our host was very nice and responded to our needs quickly. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Floors had just gotten cleaned but sent pictures were still dirty. No wash clothes, no dish towels, 1 towel per person is all we had. There were 6 of us and we had 5 forks and a baby fork. TV remotes didn’t have batteries. The AC was locked. It was at 72 no matter what. We went when it was cold. What if we wanted to put the heat on. The screens on windows are pool area are ripped. Just needs work

Short stay

The townhouse was nice ,clean . The pool area needs some (TLC ) WATER WSS DIRTY ,CLOUDY AND HAD LIKE SAND ON BOTTOM OF POOL. BEE HIVES ON WINDIW TRIM.. OVER ALL EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

1) Required QR code information was not provided with check in information. I lost 1/2 of my trip calling and tracking down this information.2) The carpets have not been recently cleaned- they are dirty and pet stained throughout the rental. Carpeting needs to be removed or replaced.3) I found a 3 inch dead cockroach behind the night stand in the master bedroom4) Walls and baseboards are dirty throughout and the baseboards by the patio door have rotted out, The place was filthy- not sure when this unit has undergone a deep clean with hot water and sanitizing solutions.5) The washer must be unplugged because it will not automatically stop after use. Also it does not spin clothes-you have to set to the spin cycle. Washer needs to be replaced.6) The element on the dryer is failing and needs to be replaced. Clothes do not dry on the VERY DRY cycle. 7) Control panel on the microwave is very loose-almost falling off.8) There is a 1/8 inch chip in the right front burner of the stove- no one should use this burner because the glass top will crack,9) Minimal stocked kitchen- only (3) 4 oz drinking glasses, 1 bowl, not even an 8x9 cake pan, No hand held mixer.10) Clock on the wall when entering the unit is broken- a battery will not fix it. (I tried)12) Bathroom off the kitchen has a countertop with a burn on it and a stain from some type of cleaner.13) Mold is growing on the grout and sealant in the shower in the master bathroom14) Towels were threadbare and minimal.

This place was in a perfect location for either the parks or going to see the wildlife. It was clean and well supplied. Jamie was wonderful!! Responded quickly to any questions. would stay here again.
