The Space:
As you enter the home, a loft sits to the right, featuring a pool table, lounge area, and a private bathroom—perfect for entertaining. One level down, the main living area offers a spacious living room with balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, outdoor seating space, bar, and an additional bathroom.
The lower level includes two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the primary suite, which features two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and a private sauna. A dedicated meditation room opens to a patio with direct access to the pool.
A detached guest casita, accessible from the pool area, offers a private entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom—ideal for guests or family members seeking added privacy. Please note: The house does not have air conditioning; however, heating is available.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all living spaces, bedrooms, the casita, and outdoor areas. The only area not accessible is one garage located on the left side across from the outdoor BBQ grill.

Parking is available on the property, and the neighborhood’s quiet streets make it simple to come and go. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft also operate in the area, though availability may vary during peak times.

-Maximum occupancy: 10 guests at all times.
-No parties, events, loud music, or gatherings exceeding 10 people are permitted.

-This home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with sensitive neighbors.
-All noise and music must remain indoors after 10:00 PM.
-No outdoor use (pool, patio, hot tub, or balcony) after 10:00 PM.
-Patio sliding doors must remain closed after 10:00 PM to prevent sound from carrying.
-Noise complaints or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction.
-Noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras are installed to ensure compliance.
Property Rules:
-Pets allowed with prior approval — $90/day per pet.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors — $250 fine for violations (outdoor smoking permitted).
Damage fees:
-Towels: $35 each
-Pillowcases: $35 each

-Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning: $200
