Experience Walden a beautiful peninsula in the middle of Lake Conroe in Montgomery TX the birthplace of the Texas Flag. Live like a local in this 2 or 3-bedroom house.

House is located on the Third Tee Box of Walden on Lake Conroe. Lots on both sides belong to owner and can be used for recreational activities or gatherings. Garage will hold 1 car Public golf available 1 mile away on Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville resort. You can get day passes at the water park for the family. All restaurants on the “island” are open to the public. If you want to golf Walden the owner may be able to play with you as guests on Walden Country Club. Walden is Highly Rated with one of the 500 top holes in the world

Marvelous master suite with king bed, the master bath is over 250 square feet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third is office/bedroom sofa bed. Enjoy amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine. The 2 bathrooms feature a glass enclosed shower, and jetted bathtub. The second full bath has a shower tub combo as is good size

Kitchen has ice maker fridge and full amenities including everything you need for cooking and eating. House is done in beautiful quartz counters throughout

Hardwood floors and tile. Screened in patio to watch the deer go by in the evening with seating and ceiling fans as well as open back deck with grill and seating

Access to Walden pools and yacht club can be arranged. As well as a boat launch nearby

Spend the day on the lake, get a day pass at Margaritaville water park and dining anywhere in Walden is open to the public. Life is good!

The rooms are lovely although the third bedroom is tucked in a study. The kitchen was spacious and the bathrooms are also great. The golf course behind offers a great morning walk!

Great place! We had our daughter's 16th birthday. We had about 20 people total at the party. Plenty of street parking. The layout of the house and property worked out great. Quite street and close to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great, and the space worked perfectly for our group — myself, my spouse, our good dog, and my older parents. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals together. Beds were high-quality and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well stocked.We also appreciated the thoughtful lighting throughout the home and the amazing outdoor spaces — both the relaxing yard and the screened-in patio were perfect spots to unwind. Pet-friendly touches like food and water bowls were a nice surprise. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very homey, with beautiful views all around.We’d absolutely stay here again!

House was very welcoming and nice. Second bedroom has quite a bit of furniture for the smaller room. Dishwasher wasn’t working, kitchen sink had lukewarm water instead of hot and master bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the house, but otherwise it was great!

I have stayed in many condos in Walden. I am so glad I found this house! Beautiful home, clean, perfect location, well stocked. I can't stay enough positive things about it. I live on a golf course at home so this was perfect. Hopefully when I'm back in town it will be available!

The property was beautiful and well kept. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable for our family. We were sorry our stay was so short, as we didn’t get to enjoy more of our surroundings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great golf course home in quiet neighborhood

We were in town for a wedding at a venue on Lake Conroe. The house is lovel, well-decorated with open common areas for conversation and tv viewing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing! Everything is well stocked with all the appliances you need and tons of pans and such that you can make just about anything you want. It is easily accessible from the nearby resort and a quick drive to grab food or hit the grocery store. And LIVE THE MASTER BATH!!!!!! We enjoyed beverages on the screened in porch. Host Mike B was very responsive and solicitous of our needs. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect! (It was!). We will definitely look at staying here again depending on the size of our group!
