Welcome to Wickie's Wharf 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on Lake Conroe where you can fish off the balcony (2 poles provided) or simply relax and take in the morning sunrise or evening view. Fully equipped kitchen with single serve Keurig and small coffee pot. Sleeps maximum 7 - King bed in Bedroom 1, queen and full size bed in Bedroom 2 upstairs. Couch in living or air mattress for additional guest sleeping option. Smart TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bed 2. Furnished and kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. Highchair, pack & play and baby gate provided. Seven Coves offers a marina, club house for special events, tennis courts, pool, park and The Wave on Lake Conroe restaurant with pool is closely located to condo. as well as the Southern Empress dinner cruise boat. The marina offers boat slips and can be paid for at The Landing sales office when you present your amenity pass included in rental.

Cozy Condo with Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wickie’s Wharf. The condo had everything we needed and is within walking distance to The Wave restaurant and bar. Cathy was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Stay

Our stay at Wickie's Wharf was great! Cathy made everything a breeze. She was easy to communicate with during our stay and was a gem afterward by shipping items that I had forgotten back to me. The condo was well furnished and things were easy to find. The speaker and solar light were an awesome bonus. I'll mention that this rental requires damage insurance (either trip insurance or a large refundable damage deposit) before booking. My husband, kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Cathy!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic Lakefront Escape

We had a blast on Lake Conroe! The balcony view was excellent, and our teenage son loved fishing right from there. The well-designed unit was a perfect fit for us. Cooling off in the pool area was fantastic in the Texas heat. It was a rejuvenating experience! We're definitely considering a return trip.

Unique, Over-the-Water Condo

Super comfortable and clean condo experience. Host was so responsive and helpful, even after we had to shift our dates a bit due to covid. By far, the best feature was the large balcony protruding out over the lake. The lakefront view was of the main body of the lake (not like other VRBO properties where 'lake front' means your view is of a 50ft canal and a bunch of subdivision backyards) and provided a cool waterfront breeze from 5pm on, even in 100° plus heat. We are very picky on value, cleanliness and having 'something special ' for our vacations that might be a regular expectation for other renters. The teens did hours daily at the pool and fished off our balcony every evening. Such a restful week!!

Great property on the water, very clean. Able to fish off balcony and caught quite a few fish teens loved it! Owners were very sweet and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall great place will be staying again.

Such a lovely place.

We loved our little get away. This place is nestled away in such a nice quite neighborhood. We enjoyed swimming at pool, fishing right off the pack porch ( we caught some big catfish), Enjoying coffee watching the waves, taking walks and all of the nice restaurants around. Our family of six slept very comfortably here and loved every minute away. We will be back. Gabby was great and communication was prompt and such a joy. We give a 5 star!!

Beautiful View of Lake

Checking in was simple. Our hosts were very responsive to all our questions. The master bed mattress was very comfortable. There are two large bathrooms for soaking and relaxing. The view from the balcony is great. You can also fish right off the balcony. It was beautiful, mild October weather.

Wonderful stay on Lake Conroe

The property is in a wonderful location overlooking the lake. Many neighbors fished directly from their balcony (one neighbor caught 80+ fish). Unit had everything we needed and communication with the owner was very easy. We rented a boat and jet skis through Boatsetter and GetMyBoqt that were cheaper than lakeside rentals shops. Wave restaurant within walking distance. Lots of other great restaurants on the lake about 20 to 25 minutes away.

We had a great time! The back deck over the lake was amazing. We didn't fish, but watched the neighbors catch fish! The Wave restaurant and pool was a blast, just a 30 sec walk. Cathy, the owner was awesome to work with and responded within a couple of minutes, she was great. Will forsure stay here again.
