Experience Asheville like a local resident in this modern vintage 3-bedroom house, built in the 1960s. This adorable property features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a serene getaway. With 3 bathrooms and kitchen equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind. 3 miles high where lake, forest, mountains, valley and city lights all come together in a 180 degree spectacular panoramic view. Located 10 minutes (3 miles) from Asheville’s City life, yet private and tranquil. Guest’s safety, privacy and comfort is our main goal.
Asheville Clouding Around is a duplex home. The main upper level is a spacious 1600 sq ft ranch style home and the separate lower level apartment is strictly for the owners. Everything is private and secured with nothing shared accept for garbage receptacles.
The private VRBO upper level of our home offers all of the following amenities:
• 3 bedrooms/3baths: (King Suite w/private bath; Queen bedroom w/private bath; Queen bedroom w/separate full bath).
• Full Size Futon in living room with bedding.
• Huge private deck with rockers, gas grill, gas fire pit and covered dining area.
• Stunning views throughout every room.
• Dog friendly with fenced in yard.
• High speed Internet WiFI & Cable TV service.
• Granite breakfast bar, wine bar & coffee bar.
• Work space desks located in every bedroom.
• Dining room table seats 8 people.
• Central air & heat: washer/dryer.
• Fully stocked kitchen, with major appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven
• Wood burning fireplace (Wood NOT provided).
• All bedding, linens and towels provided.
• All soaps provided – dish, laundry and personal.
• Flat screen TVs with DVD players.
• All sheets, blankets, extra pillows and towels provided.
• Telescope, Board Games, Playing Cards.
• Designated parking on street, three car maximum.

The view of the mountains and the Asheville valley is second to none. It is breath taking! Along with a 75 mile view, the wild life and fresh air is expected while in the forest setting. The road is a popular route for hikers, bikers and dog walkers. We even have a dog watering station by the mailbox for our four legged friends.
