Perfectly suited for groups of up to 11 guests, this upscale home combines luxury, comfort, and relaxation, providing everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Fully furnished with elegant yet inviting pieces and featuring breathtaking tropical garden views, Ohana Time is the perfect place for family gatherings—making it an exceptional choice for those seeking both tranquility and sophistication in paradise.

For larger families or groups needing extra space, Ohana Time and Ohana Treasure are conveniently located right next door to each other.

NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

Downstairs Primary Suite #1: Has a King bed, private ensuite and walkout to a spacious lanai.

Upstairs Primary Suite #2: Currently has a King Bed and a private ensuite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3: Has a 2 Queen Beds and private lanai access with a Ping Pong Table

Bedroom 4: Has full over full bunk beds and a twin bed.
This room also has access to the downstairs lanai and back yard.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort.
They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:

One of the biggest perks is the nearby Recreation Center. It spans nearly 2+ acres, including a lap pool, children's pool and large freeform pool with separate hot tub.
The center also includes a work out building (not room) with free weights and the latest weight machines. This building has men's and women's locker rooms with granite sinks and showers.
Access is included for our guests!

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

There is a shopping mall within walking distance with a small gourmet market (Foodland), with deli, freshly made sushi and bakery.
There are a number of fine restaurants and shops, including Tommy Bahamas, as well as lighter fare at Kimo Bean Coffee and Juice 66.
