Our home features hard flooring and a living room with direct oceanfront balcony access to watch the waves roll in! It is so peaceful and serene. There are two sofas so everyone can spread out and relax while watching TV or the ocean horizon.



The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils!  Our guests can channel their inner chef with our premium stainless steel appliances. Or, grill out that perfect cheeseburger in paradise at our property's outdoor grill and picnic area. There`s a large dining table for having meals with loved ones, and small high top table on the balcony for that morning cup of coffee.



A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the home.



Modern flat Screen TVs are in living room and all bedrooms - including Smart features for your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more!



Blissful sleep: The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite shows and sporting events.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

* This is a 1st floor condo (1 level above ground floor) with no elevator.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 1st floor, with no elevator access (1 floor above ground level).

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Charcoal grill located by pool.

*Washer/Dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided. THE UNIT NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON ALL PARKING PASSES. PARKING PASSES MUST BE PLACED IN THE WINDSHIELD, FACING OUTWARD WITH THE UNIT NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED.

*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Free parking on site for up to 2 vehicles.  THE UNIT NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON ALL PARKING PASSES. PARKING PASSES MUST BE PLACED IN THE WINDSHIELD, FACING OUTWARD WITH THE UNIT NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED.

Plus, Uber/Lyft are fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
