The Space:
Step inside this stunning home just three houses from Ocean Drive and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for families and groups.

Upon entering, you’ll find a versatile bedroom to the right, featuring a trundle/day bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. Moving forward, the home opens into an oversized dining area leading to an even larger family room, offering ample seating for relaxation, game nights, or movie marathons.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with high-end appliances, a second dining table, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small office converted into a cozy bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for younger guests or those needing a quiet retreat.

Continuing down the hallway, you’ll discover four additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment. Every room is equipped with its own television, providing a personal retreat for relaxation. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, while the master suite boasts a king bed, an expansive walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite with a clawfoot bathtub, dual vanities, and a glass-enclosed shower. Another bedroom also includes a beautifully remodeled ensuite, while a third full bathroom in the hallway ensures convenience for all.

Step outside and be amazed by the massive backyard, featuring a refreshing pool—perfect for cooling off on warm Texas days. Whether you’re lounging poolside, dining al fresco, or shooting hoops at the basketball hoop in the front yard, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Centrally located, this home provides easy access to Corpus Christi’s top attractions, including downtown, the Naval Air Station, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and the pristine beaches of Padre Island. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of space, comfort, and luxury!

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.

Please note that all pools are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
