These two homes sit within the same community in the heart of North Padre Island's Village by the Beach, offering a combined total of 8 bedrooms and space for up to 32 guests — an ideal setup for large family gatherings, group celebrations, or anyone who simply wants room to breathe.
Shared access to the community's resort-style amenities means everyone in your group is well taken care of between beach outings. Two saltwater pools, heated year-round to a comfortable 85 degrees, are yours to enjoy alongside splash features and a playground that makes traveling with kids effortless. When the beach calls, the shoreline is just a short stroll away — and between Packery Channel, Padre Island National Seashore, Mustang Island State Park, and the local seafood spots dotting the coast, there's no shortage of ways to fill your days on North Padre Island.
Ocean's 96 is a three-story townhome built for connection and flexibility. The top floor opens into a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge blend together under natural light and coastal hues. A dining table for six, a spacious island with additional seating, and a fully stocked kitchen make it easy to move between beach mode and dinner mode without missing a beat. Two private balconies — one on the second floor, one on the third — offer the perfect perch for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sky turns gold. On the ground level, an outdoor dining area sets the scene for laid-back meals under the Texas sky. Inside, a dedicated media room with a TV and sleeper sofa adds a cozy retreat for movie nights, while a foosball table keeps the competitive spirit alive between beach outings. Four bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, with a primary suite on the first floor, two additional bedrooms on the second, and a third-floor king suite — most with private ensuite bathrooms. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
