Caretaker is on property. Sorry, no pets. 6 people maximum including children due to fragile septic on the island.
Available for rentals of 6, 13, 20 nights or longer. If you wish to stay longer than 6 nights please message us. We have the reservations set up so that we can ensure adequate time to clean the cottage and linens between rentals.
Discounts offered to Islander families who have family visiting. Please message us for information.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once paid, this balance is also non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time up to 30 days before your arrival date without incurring the remaining balance.
