Hummingbird es el apartamento independiente en la planta baja de la villa frente a la playa Crowsnest II. La propiedad está ubicada en el extremo sur de la costa platino de Barbados, está a 30 pies del mar y tiene una vista única de 180 grados de su playa más larga.
Construido en 2006, este espacioso apartamento de 200 m² (2,000 pies cuadrados) fue diseñado para ser propietarios de la residencia principal en la jubilación y está terminado con un alto estándar. Amueblado y decorado con maderas duras y piedra natural, cuenta con 1 habitación con aire acondicionado, 2 baños, una cocina enorme y una terraza privada frente a la playa de 30 × 12 pies.
Si bien está diseñado para los huéspedes que desean atender por cuenta propia, se puede organizar un cocinero, a un costo adicional, si es necesario. Hay una criada / lavandera a tiempo completo para lavar, lavar la ropa, y para limpiar y mantener las habitaciones a diario.

Beautiful home and fabulous location

We stayed at Hummingbird from April 7th to 14th, 2023. This is the main floor of the home. The kitchen, living area and dining area were spacious and you walked out the back door right onto the amazing beach and into crystal clear turquoise water. There are 3 bedrooms available, the primary bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed our week and would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Hummingbird January 27- February 3, 2018. If you are looking for a beautiful house with an incredible view of the ocean just steps from your patio, this is it! We enjoyed the spacious living area and the kind and helpful first class maids who kept everything spotless. The best part was having the beach right there to walk out and swim anytime we wanted too. This was our first visit to Barbados and we'd love to go back!

Amazing Vacation Home

As Canadians we were very fortunate to be able to spend 2 weeks in January at this lovely home right on the beach. The pictures on the site provide a very accurate reflection of the house. We were initially a bit concerned as we first drove into the area as a rum distillery and the light and power plant are quite close as well as the Bridgetown port. Our concerns were alleviated immediately upon arriving and meeting the staff and seeing the beach right out the door. We were in the ground floor 3 bedroom unit (Hummingbird) and there is a larger place (Crow’s Nest) for rent on the two floors above. We loved sitting out watching the sunsets and the cruise ships as they left the port. We spent our days on the beach with the provided loungers and swimming in the fabulously warm ocean. We can’t say enough kind words about the delightful and helpful house manager and housekeeper, Maureen and Marion! This house is located in an ideal location for venturing out and we had a car that allowed us to drive all over the island. The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to use a small barbecue out on the patio and cooked many of our meals at the house. Grocery stores are convenient and one is within walking distance. The bedrooms all have very efficient air conditioning units and though the kitchen and living area are not air conditioned the breeze blowing through made it very comfortable. All windows have screens but we had to close the doors at dusk when the mosquitos would come out for an hour or two. We love Barbados (our 3rd trip) and we will definitely be back again and hopefully be able to book Hummingbird. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This apartment is located right on the beach and has the most incredible views. Upon arriving it took our breath away! It looked exactly, if not better than the photos! The beach was really quiet and only really had people walking past now and then. It was like having the beach to yourself! We were a group of students, staying on the island doing a 4 week placement at one of the local hospitals. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the closest supermarket which was perfect for us. There is also a really good transport network from the supermarket; where you can go anywhere on the island pretty much. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They kept the place so clean and tidy! We felt right at home throughout our stay and would highly recommend staying here if you are thinking about going to Barbados. The owner was so helpful before and during our trip and we knew we would have someone to ask if we had any problems. 10/10, thanks so much!! I hope we can come back one day!

Paradise and more

I stayed here in April of this year and cannot wait to return. It's location - Literally straight onto a white sandy idyllic beach and its crystal clear blue ocean. This area is so quiet and peaceful and only known mostly to the locals as they take their morning strolls along the beach, never passing by without a wave and a good morning or have a wonderful day. This villa is exceptional. The villa had everything you could want for a self catering holiday, well equipped, with every modern gadget you could think of. It even has dish washer and a laundry room. It's cleanliness was second to none thanks to our amazing housekeeper Marrion. She really spoiled us and nothing was too much trouble for her. The decor and the furniture was of the best quality and each room decorated and maintained to very high standards. Each bedroom has air cinditioning too. We had the best holiday, and without a shadow of doubt I would 100% guarantee you the best holiday ever. We recommended you hire a car and go driving around this beautiful island. My fondest memory is sat on the beach, watching the most amazing sunsets and watching the cruise liners depart on their next voyage. If peace, tranquility, high standard accommodation, beach location, rest and making memories is in your list of priorities ......... then look no further. You will get this and more at Hummingbird. We will be returning very soon.
