We created this space with beauty & serenity in mind. Beautiful, large scale tree mural, paintings throughout the entire space are adorned with artistic and creative expression. The space transforms you to another world/time with exotic beauty. Pamper yourself in the vintage 1910 clawfoot bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath with organic soap and scented candles; wake up in the beautiful master bedroom with gorgeous, hand painted wall murals; sip a barista coffee in the sun filled rooms; read a book from our huge art book/magazine collections; cook a romantic dinner for your beloved ones in the fully stocked, state of art kitchen; work in the beautiful work space with blazing fast Sonic fiber optic WIFI. 3 mins drive to the Bay Bridge from here, visiting San Francisco, Berkeley and the entire Bay Area is very easy. A few blocks from Pixar studio, shopping/restaurants at Bay Street Emeryville are just a few mins away; hike/picnic in the Botanical/rose gardens in Berkeley and Oakland.

LIVING SPACE

Beautiful original architectural details throughout the suite: the cast iron fireplace, roman pillars, stain glass cabinet, original wood trims and molding. The master bedroom features a hand painted golden mural by artist. This room is inspired by the glamorous luxury of 1930s French Riviera, it showcases coastal palette of blues and navy with luxurious of golden hues. Sleep in cloud in the low profile oxygen pillow top bed. A sense of nature, serenity combine with chinoiserie screens windows for a very unique exotic look with amazing intricate details. The master bedroom is a place where you can soak in beauty and waking up in the sunlit room in the morning. The second room features a peaceful, gorgeous work space. Willow trees with birds wall design creates a space full of nature and serenity. Gorgeous headboard design with hand carved details. You will find a third queen mattress in the closet to accommodate additional guests. The suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. The 55 inch smart TV in the living room features more than 150 Samsung channels, movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime video. There is a record player and music records in the cabinet, mostly classical music. In both chinoiserie wooden chests in the living room, there are National Geographic magazines, book collection of many genres.

WIFI
The Blue Suite features blazing fast Sonic Fiber Optic 1G wifi. This allows you to do all of your video conferencing, video streaming and work/learn from home with ease.

2 KITCHENS / DINING AREAS
The full kitchen is equipped with all new top of the line amenities: state of art stove and oven, microwave, retro design kettle, toaster, dishwasher. In the cabinet, you will find a french press, tea sets. There’s a BRITA filter water jug in the fridge for you to enjoy clean, filtered water. We got everything you need to share wonderful meals with your family! If there are anything else you might need, simply send us a message :)

LAUNDRY
The Blue Suite has its own laundry room in suite with high end washer/dryer. You will find laundry/cleaning supplies, iron, steamer and iron board. Additional towels and sheets are here also if you need any.

CLAWFOOT BATHTUBS
The vintage 67 inch cast iron bathtub has been recently artfully refinished. Enjoy a candle lit bubble bath! We have candle and bubble bath soap for you as well; please be mindful of candle wax spill - it's very difficult to clean once spilled and we appreciate your efforts!

2 PARKING SPACES
2 parking spots in our private parking lot right behind the building are reserved for you. No garage, just private servailanced parking spaces behind the building.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- No parties/events here, we are not kidding
- No AC due to cool summers in the area; ACs are very rare in our area
- On second floor of a 4-plex building, must be able to climb stairs
- Driveway is very narrow; we do not recommend parking large cars here
