NOTE:
There are three traditional beds plus two pullout sofas. Three traditional beds plus two pullout sofas. accommodate eight people. An extra person fee of $20 per person per night is charged for any guest count in excess of eight (8). If your group includes more than eight guests, you will need to provide your own sleeping bags/linens for the additional beds.
MAIN FLOOR
The main floor of this beautiful vacation home features an open layout for seamless flow between the kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast area, balcony with grill, master bedroom and one and a half baths.
The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. The extra-large chef's kitchen is complete with a large central island with bar stools, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a double-oven), and all the tools needed for at-home meal prep. The adjacent dining room includes a table for six. The dining room opens directly to the private balcony with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and patio seating. The living room adjoins the dining room in this open floorplan. There is a pullout sofa in the main living room to accommodate additional guests. Relax in the evenings near the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. There are also 4 separate workstations / desks for ideal "remote work."
LOWER FLOOR
The home's two-story layout features an ideal and well-situated reverse floorplan with the two of the bedrooms and a bathroom located downstairs for optimal privacy for larger groups! A second living room opens to another patio deck with a hot tub. There is a pullout sofa in the main living room to accommodate additional guests.

Noise & Local Ordinances
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No amplified sound is allowed outdoors at any time.
We take noise violations seriously. Complaints may result in a $150 call-out fee, and county fines of up to $1,500 per incident.
This property may be equipped with privacy-safe noise monitors.
Trash & Wildlife Safety
All trash must be secured with provided latches to prevent bear tampering.
Failure to follow this policy may lead to fines or early removal.
Smoking & Vaping
Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
A $150 smoke remediation fee will apply if this rule is broken.
Damage & Conduct
Please report any damage or issues right away.
Tampering with smoke detectors, damaging property, or unauthorized changes may result in immediate removal and charges for repairs or replacement.
Cameras & Monitoring
Exterior security cameras may be in use.
Video is reviewed if there`s a complaint or concern. Cameras are placed in outdoor common areas only, where privacy is not expected.
Pets
Pets are welcome only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.
Parking
Please park only in designated spaces.
Street parking is not permitted.

Check-in: 4:00 PM (locks are activated at this time)
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early or late access must be requested and approved in advance.
Violations
Breaking house rules may result in:
Immediate termination of your stay
Fees or claims for damages
Reporting to the booking platform

Below are additional notes about the property:
NOISE VIOLATIONS
No amplified sound outside at any time. Keep doors and windows closed at all times. No voices, music, or sound may carry past the property line after 9PM Daily. The neighborhood is noise sensitive and will report even minor infractions.
PARKING
Park only in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited and enforced by the county. Neighbors are quick to report violations.
GARBAGE
- Bears are a PROBLEM here. Garbage should be brought to the bear-proof shed on the left side of the driveway and all available latches secured. There is no separate recycling.
ENTERTAINMENT
- TV: please use remote for Smart TV access- Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc., are all available with your login.
HOT TUB
- No more than four (4) people can use the hot tub at any time. Please use spa towels which are located [in the downstairs laundry room above the washer and dryer].
- No loud talking after 9 PM.
- No music is permitted on the hot tub deck-or outside-at any hour.
GAS FIREPLACE- Please be considerate of using the fireplace, as it uses a significant amount of gas and tends to overheat the house (you only need it on low for a small period of time, typically). Always turn off before the end of the night.
PULLOUT COUCH
- There are additional pillows and a separate comforter in one of [the downstairs bedrooms].
- If using the pullout, please carefully move the coffee table before extending the bed. It is fairly light and can be temporarily moved with two people.
SKI / SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT
- Please leave all ski/snowboards, boots and poles in the garage in the available storage areas in the garage, including the ski rack. None of these are permitted in the house.
