Bienvenido a Casa Agua Azul, completamente reconstruido en 2017. Esta hermosa y bien equipada casa de 3 pisos tiene 3 dormitorios, dos en el segundo piso y una impresionante suite principal en el tercer piso. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con camas king y baño privado. Cada uno tiene una amplia terraza con vistas al océano con cómoda mesa o salas de estar. La carpintería es suntuoso. Hecho de la madera rica, tropical en un color marrón oscuro. La madera se pone en marcha por todos los acentos de color precioso en el hogar. Relájese en la cómoda sala de estar con la gran pantalla plana de TV, DVD y sistema de música Sonos y conexión Wi-Fi. Precioso, privado, jardín amurallado y área de la piscina.

* Tenga en cuenta: la casa NO es adecuada para niños menores de 7 años debido a la escalera abierta, azulejos y pasos en la sala de estar hundida. *

A solo 1/2 cuadra de la playa ya 4 cuadras de la plaza del pueblo, excelente ubicación en un barrio seguro y tranquilo. Nuestro gerente de habla Inglés puede ayudarle a tener unas vacaciones perfectas. Podemos ayudar a organizar excursiones y excursiones individualizadas también.

Casa Aqua Azul is a beautiful property with all the amenities. Abbey del Sol's staff were outstanding! A perfect location within walking distance to enjoy all the restaurants, shops & downtown. You won't be disappointed!

Loved this house!

Great location, close to town and the beach. Clean, well appointed house. Modern design. We loved the back patio for mornings when the sun was full in the front of the house. Receptive management company, quick responses every time we reached out. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the ocean breezes. We want to go back right now!

Beautiful Property

Our group, three couples, travel annually to different areas of Mexico. Casa Agua Azul is a beautifully decorated home with a great floorplan, and in a great location. It had several outside spaces to socialize or get away for quiet time. Access to the beach was a block away and the town square was about 4-5 blocks away. The stay was enjoyable and seamless, but a suggestion for improvement would be for a staff person to meet at the house upon arrival and/or to update some of the instructions in the 'house book.' Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely home:)

The house is perfectly located close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the central town square. Whether lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails on the rooftop deck, reading quietly on one of several terraces, this house is a joy to inhabit. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen for breakfasts and a dinner at home one night. We are planning to return againnext January.

The house is huge, with lots of outdoor spaces to hang out throughout the property. Multiple cozy verandas, a fantastic pool area and a private rooftop - perfect for morning coffee, late afternoon sunsets and evening stargazing - really make this place special. The A/C in each bedroom keep you cool for a great night of peaceful sleep. Beach access is super easy, too. Lastly, the staff at Abbey del Sol was amazing. Any questions or concerns were resolved quickly and with a smile. We'll definitely be back!

Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom and balcony. The views go on forever and the rooftop area is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are a lot of steep stairs that might not be good for children or older folks that have difficulty with steps, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is close to town and restaurants and even closer to the beach. The private pool was perfect and the beach towels and beach chairs provided were a bonus. We booked our airport transfer through Abbey del Sol and it worked well. Our driver was willing to stop by the grocery store on our way and the place was ready upon arrival. We will definitely book with Abbey del Sol again!

So much outside seating on so many levels of the house. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge for sunrise & sunset! 5 gallon water bottles supplied by rental company. Beach chairs, umbrellas are there for guests. Fantastic response with the team at Abbey Del Sol! Abbey Del Sol will arrange local transport and snorkeling. Our family booked to take. Day trip to Tulum & Cenote, thanks Lili, it was a wonderful day! Jesus & Luis took us snorkeling just out in front of the property. Again, all arranged through ADS. Easy, 10 minutes walk into town for meal, grocery & souvenirs. Eat at The Local & Blue Morelos. Do be aware of the spiral staircase, beautiful however not for children or people with mobility issues. Gardener / maintenance man comes every am, not intrusive in the slightest. Was nice to have someone checking on the property everyday, made everyone feel safe. I felt safe in this community, day and night. We did stay together and walk in groups which most families would anyway. We did not see a single “bug” anywhere on the property, if you’ve stayed in Florida, you know exactly what I’m talking about! Would love to come and stay again! More adventure and way better food than an All Inclusive in Cancun. This place does not disappoint!

One of my favorite things is all of the private areas in the house including a private balcony with each bedroom. We loved meeting in the morning on the front balcony as it was cozy, quite and shaded. One caution, the bedroom suite on the third floor faces East and has no blinds, so if you choose this bedroom be prepared to be up with the sun. It is a lovely view though!Puerto Morelos is the perfect Mexican Vacation getaway. It's midway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, and while the town has grown a lot in the past couple of years it still has the charm of a smaller village with lots of great restaurants.

Beautifully decorated, small private pool, Sonos sound system and exceptional management by Abby Del Sol rentals. One block from the ocean and little over a mile walk to mid town. Three floor with excellent, comfortable seating and many different views from the roof top and outside every one of the three bedrooms. Physically challenged need to be aware that there are many stairs. It will hard not to be wowed by the charm and comfort of this outstanding property.

From the many comfortable seating areas, each with a beautiful Vista, to the beautiful garden store, to being just a few steps from the beach… the house is located on the main strip close to Town Square,… friendly and accessible management, Casa, Agua Azul is a wonderful destination.

Beautiful house, good location

Stayed w/ another couple (brother & sister in law) and additional brother. At the casa agua Azul property. Our daughter was married at a local restaurant Las Sirena, Abbey Del Sol Staff was easy to communicate with, better to use their website then VRBO. Jin stepped in to interpret for us between rental car agency and private transport from resort. Ask Jin about “Roberto” and a rental car agency just outside of airport, BEST deal on a minivan outside of the chain companies. We used this rental car service through “Claudia” at the PM travel agency but Jin at Abbey Del Sol also knows/refers them. House was beautiful, gorgeous staircase is a little narrower than some pics I have seen (remember you will need to carry luggage up, we did successfully) husband joked need a slide or pole to come down. Definitely not for children or those with mobility issues. Freezer didn’t work, kinda a bummer as we brought items we had hoped to freeze and take with us on our adventures. Only one safe, not in main master but on second floor master it wasn’t working, thankfully house was safe/secure with gate and such, town seems to be pretty safe and patrolled well so no issues. Close enough to walk to and from town we did a few times as parking is little to none even in off peak august time, nice size grocery store, house had 5 gallon water bottles and hot/cold water dispenser, salt/pepper, small amount of coffee, sugar, hotel size shampoo/conditioner, We bought laundry soap, cooking spray, more coffee, breakfast items, snacks, beer etc. backpacks are a must, sun hats. Bring a reusable water bottle we were continuously filling disposable plastic ones & bring/buy BUG Spray!!! Aerosol spray can be in checked bags for plane. Most restaurants will give you if you ask but we found it’s definitely needed at other times like an evening dip in the pool which was a nice amenity at the house. The sound system was great, I used it to wake everyone up ;) house was beautiful, with great attention spent on decorating and staging, ideal layout. staff was pleasant and friendly, don’t hesitate to ask them to contact and interpret for you to other businesses. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend Abbey Del Sol, they have a “team”. We found most respectful businesses know one another in this small town. Perfect Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures don't do it justice. The home is stunning and so much fun. Unique is many ways but so comfortable. Not often that I miss sleeping in the vacation home over my own! Pool was pristine, the views from each balcony were fantastic. This is a cant miss property!!
