An exterior shower is also available. Whether you're looking to unwind in quiet Avon or go fishing and enjoy the sunsets, or wind surf . We look forward to hosting you at our place. Dining, restaurants ,groceries ,bait/tackle, hardware shops all close by. Includes Pool pass for Kinnakeet less than a mile away.

We specialize in long-term rentals but also enjoy hosting homes. We enjoy Avon and have been coming here since child hood so we purchased our home and opened it up for others to enjoy like we do. We have 3 children and they adore it here.

Avon is peaceful and feels different than any other beach. If you are looking for night life or lots of action you may be coming to the wrong place. Sure, there is a lot to do but at a slower pace. Enjoy a sun rise, walk on the beach, go fishing, fly a kite, read a book, lay in the sun. That is what is special here it is beauty of the beach! RELAX

Our home is a beach box so it is a small house that fits 7 comfortably. Walking to the beach will take you about 4 minutes. You walk across the street and you will find the boarded public walk way over the dunes to enjoy it.
We have passes that are included for pool time if you enjoy that. Sure, There are some small shops around and many are owned and ran by families here on the island.
The shore fishing is fun and you can also rent charters as well. At night take your flashlights and check out the ghost crabs on the beach. Do not forget to go to the sound side and check out an amazing sunset in the evenings. Buxton is close by and we tend to shop at Connors grocery locally owned. We also like to drive to other parts of the island especially if its a rainy day to shop the shops and pick up shells on other beaches. Bring a rain coat in case because the beach is stellar in the rain!! There is something special about the area-I can not explain it. You will feel it!
