LIVING SPACES:

This home has an open feel perfect for entertaining but plenty of private space.

There is a living room with a sofa, two accent chairs and a Roku TV. Use the remote to access all your favorite streaming platforms. Next to the living room is the dining table for 8.

Adjacent to that is a fully equipped chef's kitchen with four barstools at the countertop/waterfall island.

Downstairs in the basement you will find the game room with a foosball table, Roku TV, connect four game, and tick tack toe wall game, kitchenette, sofa, and small dining table.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Roku TV, dresser, desk, closet space, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Roku TV, dresser, desk, closet space, and adjoining bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

Bedroom 4 is in the basement and has a queen bed, Roku TV, dresser, and open closet space.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has brand-new appliances, dinnerware for ten guests, cutlery, pots, pans, bakeware, a variety of glassware, cutting boards, spices, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and a popcorn maker.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The large backyard patio features a fire pit and outdoor furniture – great for gatherings. The yard is landscaped and is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine around the fire.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the backyard shed and the locked kitchen closet. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway or along the street in front of the house.

ENTRANCE:

Please note to enter the property there are eight steps with a railing. The backdoor entrance from the patio has three steps and there is only a railing at the top.

HOUSE MAINTENACE

Landscaping provides service every other week. There is a chance landscapers will be present one day during your stay.

Trash Day is on Tuesday. If you are staying overnight on Monday, someone will be coming to the house to roll the outside trash bins down to the bottom of the driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.
- A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation.
- A rental contract must be signed online via your email address within 24 hours of booking. You can view a sample contract in house rules.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. Violation of this will result in a $150 charge. If you smoke outside, please extinguish cigarette butts, and throw them in the trash bin as they are not biodegradable on the ground.
- No pets allowed.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
This is a family home. We encourage our guests to have fun, but please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum at all times. We are surrounded by full time residents. Please observe quiet hours of 9pm to 8am.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 2 exterior cameras that will record audio & video upon motion detection, one at the front of the house and one by the back door. There are two decimal and cigarette / vape smoke detectors inside the house (upstairs and basement).

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the backyard shed and the locked kitchen closet. Door code and address will be sent 24 hours before check in.
