Acogedora unidad de un dormitorio con vista al mar y al jardín, con vista a la cancha de tenis, cerca de la piscina y barbacoa. Sala de estar bien equipada, con un sofá y dos niños perezosos que ofrecen una vista cómoda del televisor de pantalla plana muy grande, ¡especialmente después de un largo día al sol! El dormitorio tiene cama king, tocador y dos mesas de noche con TV. Nuevas ventanas en el dormitorio con apertura deslizante para más aire fresco. Caminata en cabina de ducha. La cocina y el baño tienen encimeras de granito y todos los gabinetes nuevos.

Good budget place to stay

Great location in Kihei with beaches right across the street, easy to head over for sunset viewing every night. place was clean and quiet with some noise from pickle ball courts that was not really bothersome and was always at appropriate times.

Reviewer Comments: - Comfortable unit with very limited views from the lanai(patio).- Good access to BBQ and upper pool area.- Quiet location, easy access, lots of parking.- Overhead lighting in the eating area was not working nor was the bathroom fan.- Could use a more thorough cleaning.

Property and site were wonderful and one of the best we have stayed at in Maui (6 trips). Two minor problems - check out time was 11:00. When we returned to the condo at 10:15 to get our luggage we were locked out. Also. there were no instructions on how to work the TVs - Two TVs and 5 remotes.

So Many Extras, and a Home-like feel.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was as expected, all appliances worked well, including the washer and dryer which we used twice. Good selection of pots, pans, glasses, etc., and very pleased to discover beach chairs, and a very large beach umbrella and snorkel and masks. Also coolers, various surf/boogie boards, all in good condition. Very thankful to have the air conditioning in living room and bedroom, we came back mid day to cool down and when we turned on the AC it cooled the place down right away. In short a comfortable, functional, accommodation that felt like a home away from home.

A Bit Dark but Comfortable

This unit has had some upgrades in the bathroom having a beautiful shower. The kitchen was well equipped but the stove is very dated. The lani is prefect for watching the sunsets. The Hale Kamaole is our favorite property, the grounds, bbqs and pool areas are great!

A Perfect Stay In Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HK 156 was a perfect stay in paradise. These condos are very centrally located and within easy walking distance, just across the road, to the beach. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay this past November. The condo is really well set up and more than met our needs. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and ice packs all of which we made use off. We also used the lounge chairs a lot on the lanai. This is a ground level unit next to the tennis/pickleball court, the upper pool and BBQs. We used the BBQs most evenings enjoying the comraderies and comparing motes on what the island has to offer.The office staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. They gave us a discount coupon for Foodland which we used a lot. Kudos to the grounds keepers for the great job they do grooming and keeping the lawns and shrubs looking so stunning. We have stayed at the Hale Kamaole numerous times and it never disappoints. We would definitely recommend the Hale Kamaole condos and also unit HK 156. Mahalo.

Awesome Unit In Great Complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third stay at Hale Kamaole. I think unit 156 was by far the cleanest of the units. The unit is a short walk to the beach and overlooks the tennis court and upper pool. It is very quiet and convenient to anything you need while in Maui. The guy at the check inn office was great and we regularly security each evening. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The wifi was lightning fast and kitchen stocked adequately. The owners have beach chairs and coolers for use which was awesome. There were also some stan up paddle boards there but sadly no paddles to go along with them. I would stay here at this unit again in a heartbeat. We previously stayed in another unit that offered great water views but unit 156 was much cleaner and updated. The only half way negative is that unit 256 (upstairs) is clearly without carpeting. A portion of our stay had some young kids running back in forth which was quite loud in our unit. Unit 156 is a great unit in a great complex!

Meets all requirements

Nice place, good location, plenty of parking. Nice to see a full assortment of utensils and even a number of spices. Also plenty of paper supplies.

Clean

The condo is in a great location lots of gas and charcoal bbqs. Two pool areas but no hot tub the condo is clean and has lots of boost boards, towels. The noise of the people above especially if there are kids is very loud. We were not able to watch network TV just had to use the apps. The pull out couch needs a new mattress Overall it is clean well stocked and would definitely stay here again. You will love it !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice with the exception not enough same plates, bigger bowls, outside lanailite should be covered. And with cushions as shown in site picture. Screen lanai slider seemed off line a bit and noisy opening and closing not complete. But all in all, enjoyed the Unit, small fix ups would be nice. and, lastly a direction sheet on how Tv works, cable etc. Took a whie to figure it out, Simple check list would go a long way to enjoy..

It might be good if the batteries in the remotes were inspected/replaced more frequently. One minor issue during the last few days of our stay, the neighbors above us were heavy walkers (sounded like a game of tag was happening some times), and they would do that non-stop for hours, sometimes lasting until 11pm or so.

This was my first time booking on VRBO and it was very easy! Checkin was very easy. The condo was nice and spacious! It was fully stocked with anything you needed for the beach! Beautiful property!
