Our ground floor home is located in building 7 in the beautifully landscaped lower pool area. This location is frequently requested and a popular area at Hale Kamaole!

This easy access spacious one bedroom home has been transformed with a full interior update and is ready to welcome guests back to this very special spot in South Kihei.

Just steps off your lanai, which offers privacy from your neighbors, is easy access to the lower pool and the grilling area. Directly across the street is the Kamaole III beach and park. The beach at Kam III is one of the best on Maui, and the park is a favorite spot to bring your beach chairs and drinks to enjoy pau hana and catch beautiful sunsets.

The bedroom has a king size bed and has a new Smart TV. There is an air condition unit in the bedroom for your sleeping comfort. The pull out sofa bed can accommodate small children or 1 adult. The bathroom makes things easy with a tiled step in shower with a corner seat.

Enjoy the fresh air and have all of your meals on your private lanai. The spacious living area rounds out our comfortable beach flat with plenty of space to lounge and relax after a big day at the beach. A vintage dining table with comfy swivel chairs for those indoor meals and a large 48” flat panel television with cable for TV viewing. We have high speed wireless internet service. There is also a sizable workspace desk for those working remotely.
New ceiling fans have been installed in both the living room and bedroom to help keep things cool and breezy. We have a secure keyless entry. We generate a unique door code for each guests exclusive dates.
Hale Kamaole is a prime location on the island. There are plenty of restaurants, both casual and fine dining and shops all within walking distance. Some of the best golf courses and restaurants on the island are within minutes of Hale Kamaole. Our location makes it easy to head out and experience all of the beauty and fun Maui has to offer. If a water adventure is on the agenda the South Kihei Boat Launch is a short 1 block walk. Many snorkel, scuba and whale watching boats launch from this location.
