Absolutely fabulously priced. It was by far the best house I have rented. I am rebooking for April and hope its available!

Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately the pool heater didn’t work but the weather was nice enough that we could go to the beach (we visited in Nov). Would definitely go back. Great location and fun area to explore!

I would give an Excellent rating, but there were a few issues that were quickly resolved (coffee pot wasn’t working & a foul smell in the master bathroom). Plus there wasn’t adequate outdoor seating on the deck outside of the master bedroom or the top floor.

Booked the property for 30 year wedding anniversary. Main reason I booked this property was because of the private, heated pool. Pool heater did not work. Unable to use the pool. Would have been nice to have been offered a credit or discount but that did not happen.

Property was clean and a very nice home. The elevator is definitely appreciated as getting items up two flights of stairs can be difficult. The only non positive parts of our stay was that the upstairs (3rd floor) AC was not cooling well. We tried to even keep it at 74 and during the day it would get much warmer. This made hanging in the kitchen and living room less appealing. This property is also in a cluster of homes with others making privacy a bit more challenging as we heard others around us all times of the night. Not a deal breaker but also something that probably happens quite a bit as there are so many people around you.

Over all a great stay. Beautiful home. Extremely thoughtful layout and comfortable beds. Well stocked, especially towels Great location. Having a gulf cart as part of the booking was very nice. Older cart that broke down and was replaced immediately 2 small items. Add a set of pot holders to your inventory and it would have been nice to know that you cant access the back yard from the home. You have to exit the side door onto the driveway then walk back to the fenced yard. Thanks for a nice stay.
