Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the picturesque streets of one of Edmonton's quaint neighborhoods, Queen Alexandra!
What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Beautiful Master Bedroom with KING sized bed, children's secret hideaway and complementary Netflix!
- Our house features TWO 3 piece washrooms, one for the top floor Master Bedroom ensuite, one for the second floor bedrooms and and half bathroom on the main floor.
- Beautifully decorated Brand New space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Relaxing under the stars in the 6-person hot tub (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM)
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- The Queen Alexandra area is home to plenty of buzzworthy restaurants helmed by creative chefs serving farm-to-table fare.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom on the top floor, 1 King sized bed and 2 queen sized beds on the second floor.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, relax in our 6-Person Private Hot Tub, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to West Edmonton Mall or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
- There is ongoing construction in the area which may result in some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Additional guest fees apply after 4 guests
-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
- Please do not tamper with any fire alarms or security cameras in the property - if touched a minimum $100 call out fee will charged to inspect disrupted fire alarm.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
HOT TUB RULES:
-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night
-the hot tub temperature must be set between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 104°F) to maintain an optimal level.
-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay
-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water.
- Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax.
-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less
-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub
-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area
-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam.
-no food or other drink permitted in the tub
-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub
-cover is to be placed back on after each use
*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
