Hidden Treasure III es un apartamento limpio, bonito y asequible recientemente renovado con un lamentable / Coastal elegante. Esta unidad impecable puede alojar hasta 6 personas cómodamente. El dormitorio principal con sus 2 nuevos colchones de lujo reina almohada tamaño pueden dormir 4, tiene un televisor de 32 pulgadas y reproductor de Blue Ray, su propia zona de vestidor, así como el acceso directo al baño principal. La zona linda litera está equipada con 2 nuevas y cómodas camas gemelas con estantes individuales, luces y puerto USB. La sala de estar es un piso abierto y tiene una increíble vista de la magnífica Golfo de México, con su entrada privada a la terraza. La sala de estar recién renovado como muebles de cuero suave con espuma de memoria sofá cama; TV de 37 pulgadas y reproductor de blue ray. La cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos tiene todo lo necesario para la preparación de comidas deliciosas. I cannot speak for the rest of the rooms at the resort as I did not see them however what the owner has done with room 230 was amazing. Updated and very upscale and clean. Great host with amazing communication and extremely professional. She even contacted us and let us know we left a few items and made getting them back extremely easy!! Thank you for the great stay!!

Wonderful month long vacation in this comfortable and clean vacation condo!

What a great place to rest and relax for an extended stay. Location is excellent. Condo is exactly as the pictures indicate - fun, beachy decor and CLEAN and the condo had everything we needed - home away from home!! The view from the balcony is truly amazing with the beach only yards from the patio door. Property owner Chantale was a joy to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her condo to others.

Great property

This unit was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 4 kids in this unit and didn't feel too cramped. The condo was stocked with everything that you could need and included some beach chairs. The fact that it was on the 2nd floor and so close to the stairs, made it so easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with Chantale was great. No issues at all.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has a bright, beachy feel.

This was our daughter’s first beach vacation and she loved it! From the moment we booked the property, Chantale was awesome! She even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We really liked being on the second floor. The view was fabulous from our private balcony. The condo is close to lots of great restaurants and activities. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and looking for shells in the beautifully clear water of the ocean. Chantale also has a book in the condo that has personal recommendations for restaurants and activities. That helped to make our trip more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Home Away From Home

Chantale made is feel welcomed from the very start! She even offered us early check-in for a small fee which means alot when traveling with kids. She also checked on us the first day to ensure everything was seamless and that we made it in safely. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comforting. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect. We loved having 2 separate bathroom spaces and the large shower was very relaxing! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and there were even a nice selection of seasonings in the cabinet for use. So many thoughtful touches from the beautiful towel sculptures on the beds, makeup removal wipes in the bathroom to several phone charging stations around the condo and a binder with what to do and see in the area. We appreciated being on the 2nd floor and not having to wait on elevators. Instead we used our time enjoying the VIEW from our balcony. The pool was great and my boys enjoyed swimming, jamming to the tunes from the Tiki hut and making new friends. Chantale was extremely hospitable and we highly recommend for a couple or a family.

First let me say that we had really gone through some things with Resort Collection when planning our vacation. Our condo that we had originally rented and already paid fir was canceled two weeks before our scheduled trip. It was put back on VRBO with the priced increased by $1000 before we even realized what had happened. We began looking again and came across this condo. After realizing there was a private owner and that the reviews were good, we booked it. Chantale was amazing. We were so stressed out at this point and she made things so easy for us. I was able to contact her by phone and have a conversation with her about our reservation. She was always available with any questions or concerns before our trip and after we arrived. The condo was so amazing. It was very clean and decorated very well. It was also furnished and equipped with everything a family could possibly need during a stay at the beach. There was a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, keuriq, blender, cookware, etc . The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding in the closet. There were games and even binoculars in the cabinet of the tv stand. The balcony view was amazing. The second floor was nice too. We never had to use the elevators. I'm so grateful that we found this place! Chantale was great! I will definitely rent from her again!

Cozy Labor Day Family Vacay!

We came for our stay for Labor Day weekend with the grown children for a change. It was an absolute blast. We had just as much fun making memories as if they were still small. The condo 230 was fantabulous! It was the perfect size! It had everything we needed and more! We definitely will be coming back to stay again! Chantale was very in touch and on top of everything! Housekeeping was superb! Our mini weekend Labor Day family vacay was absolutely perfect! P.S. The games and puzzle was an excellent add on and the grown children LOVED it! Our condo was great! The decor was over the top. We had everything we needed and more. The condo is on the second floor which was great. We didn't have to wait on the elevator. The stairway was close to the condo! This was our third time staying in one of Chantels condo's. She's been absolutely wonderful to us everytime!! We loved that their was 2 pools. The bartenders at the cabana bar were very nice and down to earth. The security staff was always monitoring the areas. The location was great!

Perfect for a beach getaway, with all perks.

Clean, relaxing, and more spacious than expected. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the large flat-screen TV and cable. The balcony overlooked the quiet part of the beach so we weren't bothered by people in the pools or hot tubs. AC worked beautifully. Such a blessing to have a washer and dryer in the unit, when you have 3 kids and daily beach and pool visits. It was even good to be on the 2nd floor because with all the people, the elevators were overworked and we were able to just zip up the stairs in no time. I was really impressed with how well fitted-out the kitchen was - slow cooker, 2 different coffee makers (Keurig and a drop coffee machine), a waffle iron (my kids reminded me not to forget this), large fridge/freezer, blender, good quality pots and pans, all the plates/bowls/serving items and utensils you could want. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There were a good amount of towels (at least 10, or more). The kids loved the shapes the towels were formed in on the bed - a snake, a bird - with peppermints for their eyes. It was a lovely greeting. All in all, nothing bad to say about this place. The only thing is I packed too much, thinking we'd need a coffee maker, and more towels, and games and books, but there were some games and books in the TV cabinet too. And beach toys there as well. Now I know how well set-up it is, I'd be set with taking just absolute basics. Walmart is right up the road, too. Wifi was also good, for our rainy day. Top marks all around. I'd definitely recommend it.

Very clean and updated

The owner was very attentive. Nice condo with everything one could need. The Summit is a resort, so you really don’t have to leave the property.

Wonderful Property! Perfect Vacation

This condo is absolutely adorable. It worked perfect for our crew and having a master with 2 beds. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was more than stocked with adequate items. We were actually able to do a full shrimp boil. The biggest bonus was being on the second floor. With us coming for a busy spring break week we never needed to wait for the elevator. We will be coming back!

Wonderful stay

Everything about this room is perfect! Owner is very nice, easy to talk with and is prompt about getting back with questions you may have! The Summit is a great place to stay. Beach and pools are clean and well taken care for!

Beautiful condo!!

The condo was beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, & clean. The beach chairs were nice to have. Our kids & us loved our stay & will be back ❤

Hi there! We’re the Colemans — happily married for over 27+ years (we stopped counting ). God has blessed us with three wonderful boys, and as a family, we’ve always been true beach lovers.

For many years, we visited Panama City Beach regularly, dreaming of the day we could finally call it home once our boys left the nest. In 2022, that dream came true!

After long, fulfilling careers — my husband as an Area Manager for a distributor, and myself as both an Undertaker and later a Nurse — we decided it was time to embrace the peaceful, joyful beach life.

We’ve been hosting and renting condos since 2002, and we truly love sharing our “little piece of heaven” with guests from all over. Our goal is for everyone who stays with us to feel at home, relax, and create forever memories with their loved ones.

After moving to PCB in 2022, we began offering “Boutique Rentals” — a personalized experience designed so every guest feels pampered and enjoys the ultimate Panama City Beach getaway. Over the years, we’ve made so many wonderful friendships through hosting, and it has truly been a blessing on every level.

Our Story – Why We Chose The Summit

We already own two other condos in Panama City Beach — one efficiency and one spacious two-bedroom. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to welcome many wonderful returning guests who have become our “VIPs.” Some of them had outgrown our smaller efficiency but didn’t need or couldn’t quite fit the budget for our larger condo.

We started looking for a resort that could offer the perfect balance — spacious enough for families, couples, or a girls’ getaway, yet still affordable and relaxing. The moment we visited The Summit Resort, we fell in love!

The layout, the beachfront location, and the incredible amenities checked every box — pools, hot tubs, saunas, tennis, shuffleboad, restaurants, convenience store, , and more. And the location couldn’t be better: walking distance to restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions.
