PROPERTY DESCRIPTION "Brighton Basement Suite Near Park & Light Rail" provides an entire bottom floor of a two-story house, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 detached bathroom, with a secluded backyard and free WiFi throughout the property. The guesthouse is located in a vibrant yet peaceful residential neighborhood. Guests enjoy a private entrance. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining seat is featured. Both rooms are equipped with streamlined TVs. The private bathroom is fitted with a stand shower. The guesthouse offers a fenced patio and outdoor sittings. Additional conveniences include express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, reserved parking and laundry. Ideal for business and casual adventures.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Please note that the building is a two-level house, and the "Brighton Basement Suite Near Park & Light Rail" listing refers to the accommodations located in the daylight basement (Downstairs Unit) at the ground level, with step-free access. There is an additional bookable vacation rental on-site in the completely separate space upstairs with a private entrance. Guests do not need to share any interior amenities. Other travelers may be present during your stay. The walls do not block sounds. Noises from the surrounding rooms or the Upstairs Unit tend to be audible.
GUEST ACCESS - 2 bedrooms, and 1 detached bath (external private bath located outside of the rooms, just a couple of steps down the hall, stand shower). - 2 Queen beds, 1 Full futon, 1 Single camper cot, and 1 Twin-size air mattress. - In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, extra blankets, flat screen TVs, folding desk and chair, night lamp and side table, room-darkening shades, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, trash can, iron and iron board. - In the Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger, and cleaning supplies. - In the Kitchen: Dining tables and chairs, 4-burner electric range, oven, oven mitts, trivets, baking sheet, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dish rack, dish soap, sponge, and dish brush, garbage bin and trash bags, broom, brush and dustpans, laundry hamper, all-purpose cleaner and room spray, paper towels and dish cloths, knives and cutting boards, cups and glasses, wine and can openers, ice-cream scoop, colanders, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and other utensils), and placemats. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments. - In the Closet: Extra beds (cot and air mattress), extra toilet paper, extra towels, extra batteries for electronics, broom and dustpan, laundry bag, and first aid kit. - Washer and Dryer. Laundry basket, Laundry detergent and Dryer sheets provided. - Other Essentials: Central AC and Heating, Hot water, Portable fans and heaters, Household Trash & Recycle. - Reserved Driveway parking that can fit up to Two (2) standard-size vehicles. Additional free and paid street parking is also available in the neighborhood, on a first-come, first-served basis. - Access to outdoor sittings on a terrace with a fully fenced backyard and a patio.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS - We give guests space but are available when needed. - We encourage our guests to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of self-service lodging. Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed, and there is no front desk or reception to answer phone calls. From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and we’ll respond promptly.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - No daily room service is provided. The Unit will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge. - Guests will be given a PIN to enter the house. Do not share the access code to anyone except the people registered on the reservation. - For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid. - The unit (900ft2 or 84m2) currently best serves up to 8 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests. - It’s recommended to use the hairdryers in the bathroom. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing or hairdryers. - The reserved parking is a garage driveway. Only One (1) on-site parking spot, which can fit Two (2) standard-size vehicles head to tail or a big van, wagon, truck or trailer, can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions. - Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. - Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed. - Ground floor. No stairs. - Exterior security cameras present in the public areas only (parking lot, front porch). - The fireplace in Room A is decorative only.
HOUSE RULES * ID Verification – Guests must submit a proof of photo ID electronically to check in.
