HOUSE RULES: No parties, respect quiet hours, clean up after your pet

NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS

This is a quiet relaxing family neighborhood. Quiet hours at the house are between 10pm and 6am. The local authorities will be called if these rules are not followed. Excessive loud noise, more people at the house than noted on the reservation, and parties will incur a minimum of a $500 fine depending on neighborhood aggravation and damages.

PETS

Pet fee is $80/pet. You will have the opportunity to select how many pets you are bringing at the time you make the reservation. We love pets and want them to enjoy. However, our cleaning fee does not include cleaning excessive pet fur. If there is an excessive amount of fur left behind with little regard for the house, we will share photos with you and charge an additional fee of $100 that will go straight to our cleaners for their additional cleaning time. If a pet is inside the house without being noted on the reservation, there will be a $100 fine.

"It's a good day for a good day" is our motto, and our sweet, homey kitchen is a perfect place to start your day. Make complimentary coffee and tea to your liking, and take in the beautiful sounds and scenery by the canal. Cook a feast for everyone to enjoy with all the cooking essentials, a gas grill, oven, toaster, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island, dining room table, or poolside on the lanai.

☀BEDROOMS☀
The stunning tropical design and chic details in the bedrooms will not disappoint. There are three bedrooms in house that can accommodate up to eight guests.

Bedroom 1 - Natural light pours into the king suite primary bedroom with direct access to the pool. The room has a king bed, private work station, a full bathroom, large closet space, and two rollaway beds.

Bedroom 2 - This tranquil room is wrapped with calming colors and modern decor. There is a king bed, a large closet space, and it shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.

Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has you sleeping under the swaying leaves of paradise. This beautiful room with a king bed and earthy tones makes you want to sleep in just a little bit longer.

☀BATHROOMS☀
There are two fully stocked bathrooms in this home, making it comfortable for your whole family or group. The primary bathroom has a stand up shower, and the 2nd bathroom is a tub/shower combo. With bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a few more minutes pampering and relaxing are encouraged.

☀LANAI & POOL☀
Walk through the wide open pocket doors and dreamy curtains to the beautiful lanai. Enjoy a meal and play games under the lights at the oversized table, or lounge with a cocktail on the couch while you take in the view. Spend the next few hours in the heated pool, catch a ride from a flamingo, and some sun rays on the loungers.

☀PATIO BY CANAL☀
Another private, calm, and breezy area to gather is just outside the pool on the dock by the canal. Enjoy a cool drink and catch your next meal by day, and sink into the chairs under the solar lights by night. Say hello to boats sailing by, and breathe in the air of tranquility and peace.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

While our home gets routine pest service, ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitoes are not uncommon. We are in Florida, and on the beautiful canal in Cape Coral. It comes with the territory. To avoid pests in the home, do not leave food out. If the pocket doors are open, keep the pool screen door closed. If you see pests in the home, no need to lose your mind, let me know. We'll contact our pest service and see what we can do to take care of it.

There is an 8% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more and 15% discounts for month long stays. Mid- and long-term rentals are welcomed, please reach out to discuss pricing.

You will have access to entire home except one owner's closet. We offer contactless check-in with a smart lock door code that will be provided prior to your stay. Make yourself at home. We are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction. There is a camera at the front door, and we will charge the full security deposit for any violation of agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00 pm.
