Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly. For this reason, we recommend you use a rideshare &/or a mapping program to plan your drives.
Note that we do not allow use of the garage for vehicle storage; please pardon any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
